Whether drinking apple cider vinegar is advisable or not, one thing is for certain: It does NOT help reduce weight or uric acid by itself!

I am pre diabetic fasting remains 120-140 kindly suggest me should I take medicines or not

At this stage medicines are not required. Do exercises daily. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid sweets & carbohydrates rich diet.

Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly and avoid pickles and papads and junk food items and eat freshly prepared homemade food items

Hello sir my cousin is suffering from hypothyroid and her thyroid level is 8.741 and she is taking thyronome 125 mg earlier she was taking 100 mg same medicine but now doctor has suggest to change the medicine and she is gaining weight alot she is suffering it from last 3 years and she has migraine also sometimes she get faint due pain from migraine Please suggest.

Dear , please specify the levels of tsh. I think what you have mentioned must be the tsh reports. When was it done? if done more than 3 months. Pl. Repeat it. She will need to increase the dose of her medication. Pl. Tell me the weight of your cousin. Will also need to make certain lifestyle changes.

Age? Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts ,6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. Repeat test after one month For medicine and further advise contact on private chat.

I am 25 years girl and I am suffering from hypothyroidism my TSH level has increased its now 8. I am taking eltroxin plus 50 mg. And due to this my weight is increasing day by day that is my height is 5'5" and my weight is 78 kgs. So should I prefer any medicine apart from exercise like granicia cambogia. As I exercise 4 days in a week. I didn't saw any result and I am getting overweight. Plez suggest.

if you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, then tsh should be down to 3 to 4 milli units to give relief from all the symptoms including efforts to reduce weight. So first thing is to see that tsh levels are brought down to 3 to 4 milli units/l. For that dose of thyroxine ghas to be increased, and check tsh levels after 6 weeks to see the change, if level are as expected then continue the same dose. At that level your efforts to reduce weight will be successful. Thanks.

I am 37 year old lady my empty stomach sugar level 108 and after 1 hour of meal it's 149 ,after 2 hour of meal 146. Will I be a diabetic patient or not and if I am diabetic than what precaution should be taken by me and what medicine will we have to take please help me.

Before starting any medication first regularise his life style changes like proper timing of food and quantity (Diabetic diet), regular physical activity, avoid oily, fatty, fried and sugary items with proper timing of bed and wake up time. Ask for meditation and yoga atleast 20_30mts/day. After 2_3 weeks check f/pp then decide. All the best.

no cabbage, broccoli , no radish, mustard, turnip, soya, no fatty / fast / spicy / processed food.less tea / coffee. take more water less mobile phone repeat tsh after one month
