Sir I have pain in my neck past 20 days and when I turn my neck click sound also occurs. Is this serious problem because this happens suddenly without any injury.
2 week before, I got minor friction of a fibre material on a foot, there was swelling till last week. Fortunately theres no fracture. But now there is some balloon like swelling it might be blood clotting. What should I do? Should I wait for some time to recover it naturally?
Hello. In first week of september 2015, I slipped from my activa and got hurt. My ankle bone (upper part) got hurt badly and I could see my bone inside. I also had a minor fracture. I got plastered for 2 weeks also. The fracture got fixed. The problem is that the bone which I could see dislocated from its place and the skin above it could not heal itself properly. Now, in general, I don't feel pain but as soon as that part of my leg gets in touch with anything, it starts paining. The more forcefully it gets hit, the more pain it gives, even after 10 months of the injury. Can I fix it now through any means (naturally or through surgery). I really want to fix this issue. I used to do intense workout 6 days a week and I need to fix this in order to workout again.

He is suffering from back pain since last 3 and half years, we have shown so many doctors but the pain is continuous. Doctors told that there is no serious problem but if not serious than why they are not getting rid from the back problem.
I have back pain problem from last 6-8 years, many treatments I have taken but no effective result I have got please suggest me.
You probably spend a whole day working at your office when your back remains in the same position. Then when you come back from work, you complain about your back pain, put some medicine and hope it goes away the next day. However, in such cases there are chances that the pain might return after a few days. You may not be aware of the fact, but there are certain fairly simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back and prevent back pain. Here are some of them.
1.Opposite arm leg raises
Lie on your stomach with one arm in the air as your starting position. Then finish the exercise by slowly lifting your leg. Hold this position for two seconds and then repeat this for the other arm and leg as well.
2. Prone hold
Hold a posture where you are holding your entire body weight on just your toes and your elbows for as long as it is pain-free.
Lie on your belly with your arms above your head. Slowly lift your arms and legs from this position as far as possible and then put it down again. Repeat this as many times as you can do it in a pain free way. Once again, it is imperative to not do this when it is painful as you may get injured.
4. Side holds
To do this, you have to be on your side putting your entire body weight on the side of your foot and your elbow. Hold it for as long as you can maintain the correct posture and it is pain free for you.
5. Resistance band rotation
Stand straight up or on your knees with your back straight up. Then using a resistance band rotate your body back and forth.
