Measure BP once every six months on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Reduce sugar jaggery and alcohol in diet. Avoid too many other diet restrictions.

Omit sugar jaggery and reduce starchy foods, increase traditional health foods like butter non veg nuts etc. Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Make a chart, consider medicines if most recording are above 150.

Good health requires good food and ample rest. Fruits are an expensive way to get the cheapest nutrient: glucose. Discuss diet with healthy ninety year olds, increase traditional health foods like nuts, butter and eggs.

Muscle liver brain diabetes. It is required after blockages, if you are taking it for high cholesterol, better to discuss on phone as usually, benefit less. Side effects more.

Avoid CT Angio, it not very accurate after stent. Some breathlessness may be side effect of brilinta. It cannot be stopped. Ask you Dr. about substitutes. Too much diet restrictions also causes palpitations. What is your present diet?

No medicines required. Cholesterol up to 300 is healthy. Avoid measuring lipids, it only causes confusion.

Concor AM is a very strong combination. It can recommended when BP is above 150 with previous medicine.
