Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Ten Ways to Improve Your Diet 1. Eat 2 fruits every day. 2. Add fibre to your diet. For example oats, Rajma 3. Increase your vegetable intake. You should consume minimum 3 seasonal vegetables everyday 4. Stop eating when you are satisfied. Be aware of portion sizes. Eat a gap of 2 hours so that there is sustained release of energy. 5. Eat whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole grain cereals, Oats 6. Enjoy two sources of low-fat dairy products every day: milk, yogurt. 7. Use cold pressed vegetable oils. 8. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. For dandruff, you can apply nizral shampoo twice a week for a month.

There is no fixed definition for the best diet. It solely depends on the health condition, requirement, and restrictions of a patient that a diet can be planned that can help deal with or prevent a particular health threat while ensuring overall good health.

Cholesterol is becoming a widely known threat responsible for inflammation and forming blood clots which may lead to strokes and heart attacks. Since it is a growing concern, it is recommended the patient follows a proper diet that can help in keeping the cholesterol level in the blood under control. To make such a best diet, below are few necessary and practical tips.

Opt For Healthier Fats
One must remember that the saturated fat found in the dairy products and red meat raise the level of the bad cholesterol or LDL, instead of reducing it. Receiving around 7 percent of the regular calorie need of the body is necessary from saturated fats. Therefore, one needs to opt for healthier saturated fats, such as canola or olive oils, monounsaturated fat products, low-fat dairy products, etc.

Increase the Intake of Fiber
The more the sources of fiber will be there in one’s diet, especially the soluble ones, the more health benefits one can have from that diet regarding the cholesterol reduction. Fresh fruits, oat bran, oats, beans, vegetables, and lentil are excellent sources of fiber and must be there in one's diet to make it the best.

Avoid having Trans Fats
Trans fats are known to increase the bad cholesterol(LDL) and reduce the good cholesterol (HDL). Therefore, eliminating sources of trans fats from one's diet will automatically contribute to keeping the cholesterol levels under control. Usually, it is the fried foods, various commercial products such as snack cakes, crackers or cakes, junk foods that are filled with trans fats and must be avoided.

Include Whey Protein
Whey protein has found to be a good source of reducing LDL or low-density lipoprotein and maintaining a balance in the overall cholesterol production inside the body. Therefore, including foods like ricotta cheese, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, etc., each of them being rich in whey, can be a smart way of making one's diet more heart-friendly.

Add Omega 3 Fatty Acid Rich Foods
To make your diet a cholesterol reducer, try eating foods that are rich in omega 3 fatty acid. Though this particular fat is not associated with affecting the LDL cholesterol, it helps in the good cholesterol or HDL level in the blood, reducing both the triglycerides in the blood and blood pressure. Walnuts, ground flaxseeds, almonds, fishes like salmon, herring and mackerel are a few good sources of omega 3 fatty acid.

Apart from making the diet healthier and heart friendly, one should consider making some lifestyle changes such as to exercise regularly, to quit smoking, etc., to make the diet more effective and its results long-lasting.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not Take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the Morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very Little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables Or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS And RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as Much until you feel satisfied. However this day You should not take boiled potatoes, banana and Mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply Roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for Taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups As you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can Also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with Very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination Of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume Brown rice but if you do not like the taste then White boiled rice will also do the trick.. I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then You are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.

The problem in your case seems to be a combination of inferiority complex and lack of self confidence. People speak about everyone. The way we look at it is important. Try this very simple and effective exercise to improve your confidence and esteem stand in front of the mirror. Keep your shoulder straight, chest high, chin slightly lifted up. Say to yourself aloud - I am a smart and confident woman. I have many talents and people respect me for that. Say this out aloud ten times. This will help improve your confidence greatly also start engaging yourself in any sort of work that you love doing like, embroidery, stitching, knitting, cooking - anything that you love doing and are talented in. This will help keep you occupied and take you away from the negative thoughts the advice that I have given you is based on what you have told me. There are many more such remedies in psychotherapy.
