Dr. Rajesh K Meena has more than 12 years of experience in the various domains of internal medicine. After completing post-graduation in medicine from JLN Medical College, Ajmer, he trained in Emergency Medicine at the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He has attended various national and international conferences and has been awarded a gold medal for best presentation at one such conference. He is a medical expert in infectious diseases, immunology, allergic disorders, emergency medicine, geriatric medicine, diabetes treatment, hypertension treatment, preventive medicine and adult immunization His completed his MD (General Medicine) from JLN Medical College, Ajmer, India in 2005 & MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, India in 2000. He has undergone 3 years of training in Emergency Medicine at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) He received a gold medal and Bikaner Chapter award for the best paper presentation in API, 2005. Hi. Inhalers are appropriate but if she is not unable to use. Then nebulisation with foracort I respule twice daily and levolin I respule Three times daily for 7 days and if relief then levolin can be made SOS. Rule out any cardiac disorder.

As it goes off it can be only a sprain sort of pain and you can do a TMT tos see if it is heart pain

1. Start your stop smoking plan with ‘ S T A R T’ S- Set a date for quitting smoking. Choose a date within next two weeks, so that you have enough Time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit T- Tell your family, friends and co workers that you want to quit so that they can give support and encouragement A-Anticipate and plan for the challenge you will face while quitting like crave for cigarettes and Nicotine withdrawal symptoms R- Remove Cigarettes, lighter, Ash tray,, matches etc from home, car or work place T- Talk to your doctor about getting help to quit and to deal with Nicotine withdrawal symptoms 2.Distract yourself to keep your mind off smoking like concentrate on some work, watching TV, playing games, reading books/magazines, listen to music, cross word puzzle or playing online games etc 3. Remind yourself why you want to quit. Focus on your reasons for quitting like health benefits, improved appearance, financial effect and enhancement of self esteem 4. Get out of tempting situations like someone smoking close by 5. Reward yourself- reinforce your victories whenever you triumph over a craving. Give yourself a reward to keep yourself motivated 6. Find an oral substitute like Mint, Nicotine Lozenges, Nicotine patch, chewing gums etc 7. Keep your hands busy like squeezing balls, handling pencils, paper clips to satisfy the need for tactile stimulation 8. Brush your teeth-The just brushed clean feeling can motivate you to get rid of craving 9. Slowly drink a large cold glass of water to help the craving pass and keep you hydrated. It also minimizes the symptoms of Nicotine withdrawal 10. Go for regular Exercise, play some games 11. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relive stress 12. Avoid stress, Anxiety, depression, Excess work load, severe physical and mental exertion

If you are treated for heart attack and is on medication you can hug any body but do nit use much force or lift heavy things

Hi, Take tab Lakshmivilasa Ras 1tab thrice a day after food and do steam inhalation with a drop of eucalyptus oil added to the boiling water, 2-3 times a day. Avoid cold and refrigerated food.

Hi Jobin, I don't want to scare you but diabetic neuropathy should be taken very seriously. Please follow a very strict diet of low sodium and low sugar. So many diabetic diet plans are available. You can follow any. Increase your physical activity. Take Tab Unicorns forte. Once daily for one month. Keep a regular monitoring of your sugar level and if you have any query, do get back.
