I am 45 years old having depression since last 15 years. Currently I use lamitor 200 mg and paroxetine 25 mg. After lamitor introduced good improvement in depression. I have one severe problem that is daily weird dreams, sleep talikg, shouting, acting out, sometimes falling out of bed while acting etc. The problem will be more severe if I miss dosage of any of my regular medicines like paroxetine and lamictal. I have symptoms of rem sleep / rbd disorder. This problem is there since last 10 years but I never cared for it. Now I feel it's better to correct it as my sleep quality is getting affected. Kindly advise safe add on medication to overcome this problem.

You might be getting withdrawal symptoms by suddenly stopping it. Try to slowly reduce the dose slowly and then stop it but if symptoms of anxiety and depression comes back then you will have to recommence it.

I am using anti depressant i.e sertraline since 2 years although my depression is cured but now when I do not eat that medicine for 1 day then I get electric shock waves to brain and when I eat the medicine itn dosent happen please guide what should I do.
