Back pain, pain & numbness in legs, pain at hip or back of legs may be due weakness of muscles or nerves causing difficulty in blood flow to your back or legs. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Tailbone pain (Coccydynia)

Pain that occurs in or around the bony structure at the bottom of the spine (coccyx) — can be caused by trauma to the coccyx during a fall, prolonged sitting on a hard or narrow surface, degenerative joint changes, or vaginal childbirth and sometime repeated trauma in the form of cycling with hard seat.

Pain at the lowest part of spine(tailbone) but typically becomes sharp during certain activities, such as sitting, rising from a seated to a standing position or prolonged standing. Defecation and sex also might become painful. For women, tailbone pain can make menstruation uncomfortable as well.

Tailbone pain, also called coccydynia or coccygodynia, usually heals on its own within a few weeks or months.
To lessen tailbone pain in the meantime:

• Lean forward while sitting down
• Sit on a doughnut-shaped pillow or wedge (V-shaped) cushion
• Apply heat or ice to the affected area
• painkiller

If your tailbone pain doesn't improve (chronic coccydynia), consult your doctor.

Possible treatments for chronic tailbone pain might include:

• Physical therapy
• Manipulation
• Surgery
Steroid injection locally also helps. Sometime it need prolonged treatment if related to osteoporosis or Chronic diseases like Tuberculosis.

My friend is having pain in his hand during playing cricket specially when balling. The pain remains for about 3-4 hours after it starts and then resolves automatically. But he has no pain while doing other works. Only the pain starts in right hand after 2-3overs playing.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. For ant-bite: Apply Can notharis ointment over the area 2-3 times a day and orally take Apis Mel. 30/ 3 times a day.

Isometric neck exercises ll help. Avoid sitting in one position for long hours & upload your mri cervical spine. Cervical spondylitis at 17years is unlikely.

Hysterectomy and age does not have any correlation. Yes there may be some osteoporosis. Do start its treatment and you will get better. Regarding sex life, why your husband is not interested is not clear, that may be because he may have some myth about hysterectomy, do clarify all those doubts and if still feels something that you may need help of some councilor.

Aviod toward bending and lifting heavyweight do swd tens and ultrasonic therapy and do stretching exercise lying supine, bend your knee in knee to chest position ok hold by your hands then straigth your knee (upper side) according your comfortableness do 3 to 5 times it will solve your sciatic pain.

Get your blood tested for Vit D 3, and bone densitometery. Calcium rich diet exercises are goodfor osteoporosis.
