I have been suffering with kidney stone since last 9 years. I can feel it when it developed and passes through. It causes ordeal pains. Last month pain started (as it must have reached to kidney cortex or urine track) my urine was blocked.

Hello, prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine if the stone is 6-7mm in size - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert me back.

I have stomach ache since August. I usually take ranitidine before Dinner and aristozyme after Dinner. But nothing happened. What more should I do?

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Foul smell comes from my mouth whole day even if I brush my teeth two times a day Please give quick response to my question and give effective ways to eliminate this problem.

Bad breath can be due to accumulation of plaque on teeth, decay in teeth, bad digestion, sour throat, dry mouth, consumption of caffeinated beverages or alcoholic drinks, onions and garlic. So check for the cause. For precautions, go for scaling and polishing. Brush twice daily and use a mouthwash. Also clean your tongue. Increase your intake of water. Limit your food intake to 4-5 times a day. Forcefully gargle with water after you eat or drink anything. Reduce your intake of caffeinated beverages or alcoholic drinks, onions, garlic, oilly n spicy foods especially at night.

I have a problem of dark circles across my eyes. What can be causes of dark circle. What can I do to remove these dark circle. And it will not occur in future also Do I need a full treatment of medicine to remove these dark circles. Dark circles may be indication of wrong kind of diet, insulin resistance or inadequate sleep. Being fit and healthy needs atleast two thing consistently. 1. Good diet. Eat more fiber/salad and eat less sugar/processed food 2. Exercise. You don't need gym. Go for daily joggging or do floor exercises at home. Finding a buddy to exercise will help a lot. Keep a goal of fitness for year.

I am 18 Years old boy. My height is 6 feet but I am very thin my wight is 55 Kg. How to gain weight?

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

there are several reasons for this, few are hormonal changes, some diseases, food habits and stressful life. but the most common cause is dryness of mouth and stomach. an upset stomach, constipation or irregular bowel, acidity and dry mouth are frequently responsible for it. drink lots of water, apply dologel over ulcers. since it is a recurring problem for you, I suggest you to visit a physician soon.

You can use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night and Bakson's sunscreen. Home remedies: Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin. Make a paste by mixing equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour with a little water or milk. Apply it evenly on your skin and leave it on until it dries. Wash it off with lukewarm water, scrubbing your skin gently in a circular motion. Follow this remedy once a week to lighten your skin tone and remove scars. Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply the gel on your face using a cotton ball. Allow it to dry on its own for about half an hour, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy daily or several times per week. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices, and rub them thoroughly all over your face. Leave it on overnight and rinse with warm water in the morning. Do this daily before going to bed. Alternatively, make a mixture with equal amounts of cucumber juice and lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your skin, allow it to dry completely, and then wash it off with warm water. Do this daily.

I am 44 years old and have back pain from last 1 month. Visited doctor and advised for sonography and x-ray and sonography report are normal and in x ray there is space between L5 and s1. So what is the treatment I need. I ride bike 60 km everyday.

at this age it would be due to arthritis. Avoid sitting on the floor and squatting. Reguar quadriceps strengthening exercises can help. if the pain persists and xrays show severe arthritis then knee replacement can be done as a last resort
