Physio is not answer , doing to all back pain, you need to get MRI done of the exact place which only a ortho surgeon be deciding and then evaluating . Had that been only treatment you would had felt the result . Hope u getting.

Hi my name is Adil, and i am 28 year old from mumbai.I jave had a slipped disc couple of months back. I went to a ortho for treatment he gave few medicines and suggested physiotherapy, which was quote help ful.But from paat 2-3 weeks now i am facing from in my upper back close to neck which some one said i suppose to be a spondalytisis.What is the treatment for it and what test should i do for it ?

Physiotherapist per say are not allowed to advise treatment independently or proscription any medicine Is always under some doctor's advise He might be quake 3 to 4 lakhs is beyond my understanding.

My spouse is suffering from lower back pain due to dislocation lower discs and examined by spine specialist and suggested for surgery a few months back. She consulted a Physiotherapist  who is specilised in 4MOT and advised her for 15-30 sittings for treatment. He has not explained to her in understandable way what sort of treatment he provides. He has made measurements for both exterior and interior (through MRI scan)the posture/bend her both legs and also bend her in standing position. He made the treatment as a package for about 3-4 lakhs. She is worried now what could be opted. She is not financially sound. Kindly advise.
