My problems are: Due to accident injury in both my knees, there is always pain in my knees though taking medicines but still paining. Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

I have a very unique problem. I feel some hindrance when I bend my neck. My throat does not pain or I dont have any irritation in my throat. But when I bend my neck, I feel some disturbance. But no pain. Please advice

You have to strengthen your neck muscles. As your neck muscles are week. Go for neck isometfics exercises. This will be helpful.

Best is YOGA... do regular gentle massage on affected area...do accupressure therapy a month...and take 5 min break session after every hou while doing work...sit in straight posture...stop takin pillow.

1. Get up every 20 mins take walk and come back 2. Sit to study with appropriate posture 3. Stand up stretch your back backwards and sit again 4. Use hot pack for pain relief 5. Exercise: lying on your stomach 2 3 mins for 2 3 times in a day 6. Lying on stomach go up on your elbows and support your chin with palms _ 2 mins 3 times.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello- Knee pain and sound / crepts from knee suggest of inadequate quantity of synovial fluid in knee joint. Follow these tips- 1. Maintain healthy weight: 2. Cold and heat therapy: Acute pain in the knee can be relieved with cold therapy. Applying ice to the affected area not only reduced pain but also minimises swelling. For chronic pain, heat therapy would work better and help ease stiffness. But you need to discuss the frequency and intensity of these therapies with your doctor or physiotherapist. 3.   3. 'Respect your pain' and go for yoga and meditation to nourish vertebrae back muscle, to ease your back pain.
  4. Go for constant movement of back muscle,joints which makes back muscle and spine, flexible.
  5. Nowadays meditation and yoga has become the way of life not an exercise, please opt it.

Homeo medicine:

  • Rhus tox 200-6 pills thrice a day.
  • Arnica mont200-6-6 pills,thrice a day.

Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and moisten your back muscle to improve flexibility.
Ensure,sound sleep for 7 hrs at least,in d night in d right posture on a hard surface.
Your diet be easily digestible on time, don't skip your meal.
Avoid caffeine,nicotine,alcohol,junkfood,cold intake,exposure to cold, scorching Sun.

If your bone tb is healed and knee movements are full, the pain could be because of low vitamin d levels or elevated uric acid levels, get these blood tests done fasting and revert back with reports.

For Leg Pain, please follow the below advise : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

1. No psychological reason. 2. Get X ray done and share report. 3. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 4. Learn spinal exercises. 5. Don't sit on floor. 6. Don't lift heavy things. 7.
