Hello Lybrate user According to Ayurveda this condition is named as khalithya, caused by aggravated pitta dosha. Excess of Pitta dosha in the body is increased by hot climatic conditions, excessive intake of spicy, salty and sour food, hot and sharp food, tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Eating too much fried, oily, greasy, and acidic foods also aggravates Pitta. Pitta balancing herb (Eg: Shatavari —Asparagus) effective in treating hair fall. There are a number of other causes for hair fall like acute illness, scalp infection like dandruff, high stress, and thyroid imbalance, certain drugs, sudden weight loss and high fever. Always better to know the cause and avoid it . Supplements Can not work if the cause is not removed. Best tips to prevent hair loss Massage scalp weekly twice with Durdurpatradi taila. Do yoga and meditations as these are stress buster and mood elevator Adequate amount of water is essential for proper growth of hair One shouldn’t comb when the hair is wet Sound sleep for 7-8 hours is utmost important Avoid beverages like alcohol, coffee, excessive smoking Give more weightage to seasonal fruits and green vegetables Iron rich and adequate protein diet is good for hair loss The juice of carrot, lettuce is good for hair growth Avoid Pitta aggravating foods like spicy, fried and oily foods Applying the juice of coriander on the scalp proves very fruitful in preventing of hair loss. Get an anti rabies injection first then only you will be safe. You should not take any chances with dog bite. Dog are dog whether pet or stray dogs so get injection asap.

Drink more water and avoid junk food & spicy food. Take proper nutritional suplement in your food. Take proper quantity of fruits and vegetables. Take amla juice & aloe vera juice 30ml in morng with lukewarm water. Keep your mind stress free.

Dear respected doctor, I'm in a big trouble and the cause of this trouble is the quantity of anger in me. The anger inside me is I think more than any other person. As a result of this anger I'm unable to concentrate on studies. It just gives me stress all the time. And because of a very bad temper I usually get involved in fights. My parents are also worried about me. Dear doctor please help me and give me the best solution for this. And also tell me that eating or drinking what, will cause anger and aggressiveness or what I should not include in my diet to avoid anger.

Maintaining a right posture is a serious health business so much so that a bad posture can ultimately result in serious morbidity. Right posture doesn't simply mean sitting up straight. Posture refers to the alignment of spine with all its adjoining structures. Younger population is falling prey to bone and joint ailments because of wrong posture. No amount of exercise or therapy can undo 16 hours of bad posture a day. It is important to be mindful throughout the life. Researchers says, a person with good posture maintaining proper alignment through all sitting standing and lying positions. Falling to correct bad posture has significant implications for the skeletal system and leads to osteoarthritis. And hence people should be educated not only on correct posture but also an ergonomic principles at home and place of work.

Am aged 45 years am feeling sleepy mood in morning and body weakness also while work in front of system. Please Suggest how to overcome even I had full sleep at night also. My food habits morning rice items or chapati and evening chapati. Pl suggest the remedy.

Take Guduchi and Sunthi decoction twice a day add 2 tsp of Guduchi powder and 1/2 inch Sunthi and add boil in 2 cups of water on simmer and have it for 1 month along twice a day. 1 cup before break fast and 1 cup 6 pm. Also start Maharasnadi kadha 2-2-2 tsp with water after meals do this for a month.

Hi. Hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by abnormally increased sweating, in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature. It can be associated with a significant quality of life burden from a psychological, emotional, and social perspective. Hyperhidrosis can either be generalized, or localized to specific parts of the body. Hands, feet, armpits, and the groin area are among the most active regions of perspiration due to the high number of sweat glands in these areas. When excessive sweating is localized (e. G. Palms, soles, face, underarms, scalp) it is referred to as primary hyperhidrosis or focal hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating involving the whole body is termed generalized hyperhidrosis or secondary hyperhidrosis. It is usually the result of some other, underlying condition. The cause of primary hyperhidrosis is unknown, although some physicians claim it is caused by overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system. Anxiety or excitement can exacerbate the condition for many sufferers. A common complaint of patients is they get nervous because they sweat, then sweat more because they are nervous. Other factors can play a role, including certain foods and drinks, nicotine, caffeine, and smells. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine- silicea 30 and bacopa monierri 1x - both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Yoga: there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! -practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. -anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril.

Its called indralupta in ayurveda. First we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness here your medication is also one of reason etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd according to ayurveda, after vaata & pitta fall hair, kapha obstruct hair root. So main treatment is divided into 3 1) internal: internal medicine according to root causes 2) local: locally little irritation given. For that, use gunjadi tailam or malatyadi tailam 3) nasya: 2 drop of anutail oil in each nostrils in morning.
