Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Your headache is due to computer eye strain computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome please follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicines 1.Acid Phos 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2.Ferrum Phos 6X (3 tabs) thrice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Hello, don't worry and try to concentrate on your studies.Take Kali phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily.Bacopa monn. 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. When Headache occurs take AlphaHA, 15 drops with warm water at the gap of 2 hours.

Hello, There are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! Exercises: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like Balasan, Setu Bandha Sarvangasan, Uttanasan, Garudasan, Savasana, Triconasana, Viprita Karani, Marjaryasana, Dhyana, Bhujangasana, Anulom-Vilum, Pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (Believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids).
