H i, I am 30 year old and married in 2008 I have two kids first one son his age is 6.5 years and daughter 2.5 years. So my problem is, my vaginal skin and around of that became black this this the first problem, and second one is, my breast size is small I want to increase my breast size and the third one is I want to decrease my belly so please help me in this regards Thanking you.

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Massaging your breasts regularly is considered to be one of the best home remedies to naturally increase breast size. A regular breast massage for about 30 minutes every day can effectively increase the breast by one cup size in just one month! Massaging your breasts would increase blood flow as well as the flow of phytoestrogens found in the bloodstream to the breast (hormones instrumental in the growth of breasts). Massaging the breasts regularly would also stimulate the increased production of prolactin, a breast enlarging hormone that would be instrumental in increasing the breast size. How you need to do it: Rub the palms of your hand together as fast as you possibly can. This would generate some heat and energy. After rubbing your hands rapidly together for about 6-10 seconds, place them on the breasts. Rub your breasts inwards (clockwise direction on the right breast and anticlockwise direction on the left breast). Continue rubbing the breasts for about 2 seconds (considered as one count). Follow this with at least 300 counts each in the morning and night every day for a month to effectively increase your breast size. The exercise may take about 15 minutes and you would need to rub your hands together at regular intervals to keep the heat and energy flowing into the breasts. reduce your diet intake, avoid oily and fried food, no sugar and sweats, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, go for morning walk daily for 1 hr and do exercise regularly, it will help. thanks

Male Sex Life - 3 Common Diseases

MBBC, MD
Sexologist, Pune
Male Sex Life - 3 Common Diseases

Many men have sexual problems which prevent them from deriving pleasure from sexual activities. They become more common as men age. These problems are generally caused by physical or psychological issues like certain medical conditions, alcoholism, drug abuse, stress, anxiety etc. The most common ones among them are:
1. Erectile DysfunctionErectile dysfunction or impotence involves not being able to achieve or maintain enough of an erection to have proper sex. This is usually caused by tension about work, finances, family, relationship or even excessive worrying about not getting an erection.
The penis needs good blood flow to sustain an erection during sex. Erectile dysfunction can also be the first sign of significant cardiac or vascular disease.
Selective drugs like Staxyn, Stendra, Levitra, Cialis, Viagra etc. are generally used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Another treatment is psychotherapy, which might help in exploring problems in the relationship or by relaxation techniques.
2. Peyronie's Disease - Peyronie's disease causes narrowing or curvature of the penis. If it is severe enough, this condition can be painful and prevent you from having sex.
Penis deformation can be caused by scar tissue, possibly because of a previous injury, that appears as a hard lump on the upper side of the penis more frequently. Many times, pain during erection is not felt after 12 to 24 months, although the penis curvature usually remains.
3. Ejaculatory Disorders - Premature ejaculation is the most common type of ejaculatory dysfunction. It occurs within two minutes of the start of sexual stimulation. There are good chances that most men might experience this at some point of their life.
There are currently few treatments for premature ejaculation. Antidepressant medication is usually the best option. Topical anaesthetics applied to the penis can also delay ejaculation by reducing sexual sensation. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

My age is 28+. I have qs about my sex life. My penish size is small. I cann't sex more than 5min. Also I have no intrest in sex life.

DGO, MBBS
Sexologist,
Penis size cannot be increased, unless you have hormonal problems size of penis varies from person to person, like other physical features like height etc. On an average, it ranges from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection. If your penis is within this range on erection, then don't worry. If your penis is smaller then you can do hormone tests. In pornographic films they show big penis by injecting drugs etc. Which is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size. Don't compare, if ever you have done so, with others. Do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check bp. In case you want a medicine suggestion from me now then ask at private question.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi sir.
I want to get rid of masturbating.
Can exercise increases my penis size n sexual power.
Can you pl suggest me...
Kegel exercise may help increase sexual power. In homoeopathy, there are many fruitful remedies to keep penis long and strong. The average girth for an erect penis length from 4.5 to 7 inches are enough to perform a successful sexual intercourse. When the length of the erect penis is below 4.5 or 4 inches then we call it micro penis. Some reasons are responsible for this problem such hormone, masturbation habit from childhood, infection in the prostate gland etc are very common reasons. Homeopathic remedies are very helpful to increase the size or length of the penis and make it strong. Consult me for homoeopathic treatment. Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. Genetic factor is the most important cause. Stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid, not conditioning the scalp are few other causes. Colour of the hair is dependent on the pigment melanin. This is produced with the help of amino acids (proteins) so it is important to eat protein. Consult trichologist.

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them.  Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

Don't loose your heart to Stress,,, Wellness series in Metro PLus

MBBS, DTCD, MD, FISDA, Fellow Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleepmedicine
Pulmonologist, Delhi
A certain intensity of stress is must for productivity but when it goes on for months it affects your health. It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about stress. There is always stress to change or challenge. But you learn to manage by practising healthy ways. In fact, the simple realisation that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management. Managing stress is all about taking charge of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal your situations.

The first step in managing stress is recognising it in your life. Everyone feels stress in a different way. You may get angry or irritable, lose sleep, or have headaches or stomach. You should learn your own body and identify your symptoms and identify the situations that cause you stress. These are called stressors. Your stressors could be family, work, relationships, money or health problems. Once you understand where your stress is coming from, you can come up with ways to deal with your stressors.

You feel stressed, you may fall back on unhealthy behaviours to help you relax. These may include eating too much, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol or using drugs, sleeping too much or not sleeping enough. These behaviours may help you feel better at first, but they may hurt you more than they help.

Avoid stressful situations. When you can, remove yourself from the source of stress. Change your outlook. Try to develop a more positive attitude towards challenges. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. For example, rather than thinking, “Why does everything always go wrong?” change this thought to, “I can find a way to get through this.” Keep stress from making you sick by learning healthy ways .The first step in managing stress is recognising it in your life. Everyone feels stress in a different way. What are your signs of stress? Once you know the signals, recognize the things you can’t change. For example, you have a spastic child which can’t change. But you should have courage to handle the situation in much more positive way that’s is the wisdom of life. Nurture positivity. Positive people are assertive, confidant, happy and humane and they have right emotional wellness. The negative people have low self esteem, are fearful, unhappy and have poor emotional wellness. These are the people who suffer from stress the most. They are fearful, stressful and judgemental. Stress gives anxiety. Anxiety gives restlessness, depression and poor coping mechanism.

A good stress control is must for optimum wellness. First and foremost one should practice talking to oneself on daily basis for at least 10 minutes. This will help to keep a balance between expressive and repressive emotions. Do a daily auto laboratory check, identify strength, overcome weakness by playing strength over weakness. A daily auto mind body check will control anger, frustration, guilt and fear.

Once you are done with your analysis, practise zero feeling though 360 degree wellness practice. This involves physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual wellness practices. Stress management needs a daily programme and it should be a habit. Daily systematic practice helps you start your day from zero.

Start a stress diary. A stress diary can help you identify the regular stressors in your life and the way you deal with them. Each time you feel stressed, keep track of it in your journal. As you keep a daily log, you will begin to see patterns and common themes.

Write down:

What caused your stress (make a guess if you’re unsure). How you felt, both physically and emotionally. How you acted in response. What you did to make yourself feel better.

Dealing with Stressful Situations: The Four A’s

A. Change the situation: Avoid the stressor or alter the stressor

B. Change your reaction: Adapt to the stressor or accept the stressor

Practice following steps to overcome stress

Talk to yourself and say I will, I must and I can do
Think of your strengths and weaknesses and now toss your mind
Set your priorities
Delegate responsibilities
Do a proper time management
See the bigger picture, see failure as an event not as failure. Learn from mistakes
Love and pamper yourself
Focus on fitness, do regular brisk activity. Walking, swimming, tread mill, gardening, sweat adequately. Sweat releases feel good hormone called endorphins. Endorphins improve wellness.
Rest and relax. Breathing techniques help relaxation. Annapani sati, Buddhist meditation, do bramhari or do Om chanting . These practices create resonance in your higher mind and helps release of feel good hormones
Breathing exercises mainly abdominal breathing, Kapalbhati increases your parasympathetic activity and counters your sympathetic activity. Do breathing in exercises like Anulom Vilom and do sequential eye, cervical, spinal and finger a toe exercises. Rest in sharvangasana
Eat right. Eat a diet rich in complex carbohydrates with low glycemic index, high protein, plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink ten glasses of water. Have a sumptuous break fast, take small frequent meals.
Do an auto cognitive behaviour analysis and remove negative thoughts.
Practise visual imagery, feel good by running through your nostalgic photo album
Talk to people, develop dialogue and seek help.
Play games, games relax and make you positive
Develop a hobby
Listen to music
Follow good sleep hygiene, stick to one time to bed, take bath before sleep
Laughing helps
If your can’t manage stress on your own, consider seeing a therapist or counsellor.

Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally.
