Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Your weight is normal. Change food habites over eating, havy food, non veg, rich proteins, avoid too much seating take some few minuties break walk few minuties than work. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help you reduce belly fats take simple veg home made food with salad.

Your liver has enlarged/ normally happen after taking tb drugs. Take fruits more and below medicine. Medicine german lycopodium 200, 4-5 drops orally single dose morn sbl ferrum phos 6x / 6 tabs 3 times a day / 21 days give up bad habits and stop outside food. Mixed fruit juice daily evening.

I do not suggest you right at the moment.. You focus on getting muscular and shredding the fat in your body first. After that you can take proteing supplement - again then you need a hard workout in gym for that. Also I suggest to be under the supervision of a professional trainer always.

Yes you can have a fibroid polyp that can come outside the vagina and mimic a prolapse. Also if you have a large uterine fibroid it can put pressure on your bladder and call the vaginal wall to prolapse. What you actually have depends on the examination findings

Hi Stomach pain can be for a short period of time, come and go, or may be only after you eat or it could be an indication to other underlying problem like Gallstones or peptic ulcer. The reason could be as simple as gastritis/ gas/ bloating or as serious as inflammation of pancreas. The reason for persistent problem of stomach pain are generally narrowed down by a number of investigations by a doctor. Since the exact reasons of your stomach pain is unknown, it would give you some normal suggestions: 1. Eat light (easily digestible) and healthy food. Try to include more fibre in your food and avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. 2. Alcohol and smoking also causes gastritis which in turn causes stomach ache/ and gastritis, please avoid or moderate them. 3. Try to eat homemade food most of the time. Include vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread. 4. Eat frequent and small meals if possible. 5. Try to eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner preferable 2-3 hours before sleeping. Medications for light stomach pain - Take 1.Tablet Meftal-Spas one tablet stat after food as and when required. 2. Tablet Pantaprazole 40 mg one hour before the breakfast daily for 5 days. It depends on severity of condition. If the condition gets severe then it may lead to ulcers over the vein region which won't heal easily. If its mild, u can go for pinda tailam ext appl in upward direction and avoid pouring hot water on legs n keeping the legs raised while sleeping. Some asanas like Vipareethakarani , naukasana, standing on toes, etc helps to rectify the condition.

Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) Use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. DON'TS 1) smoking -active or passive 2) exposure to allergens air pollution 3) avoid visit to gardens 4) stop the self medication. Thank you for the query. It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your Fasting blood sugar, 2 hrs post prandial sugar and HbA1c level. 1. If your HbA1c level is less than 7.5%, it would imply a fair control on blood sugar. Dietary regimen (avoidance of refined carbohydrate-pasta, white bread, noodles, burgers etc and carbonated beverages) and exercise (30 min per day for 5 days a week) may be helpful. Sometimes, a low dose of the medicine metformin may be added, which may be beneficial. 2. If the HbA1c level is more than 7.5% one or more oral medications are used in addition to diet and exercise. The medications are given as per the patient's tolerance. 3. If HbA1c is more than 9% it is advisable to go for Insulin. However, if someone is completely non-compliant or averse to Insulin a combination of 2 or more drugs may be used with caution. 4. Since you are diabetic for 4 years it is advisable to get the following tests done if not done already Urine for spot ACR- to check the renal status Eye check up - to rule out diabetic retinopathy. 5. Foot care is very important and even a minor injury must be taken care of. 6. Always remember whatever dietary intake you are having, your calorie intake must be less or equal to our calorie expenditure. It is advisable to get a diet chart done, as per your body weight and activity level. 7. You can take a course of vitamin B complex for nerve protection. Please consult a physician for further advise. Regards.

In todays times, our lifestyle and diet has changed so drastically that health and beauty concerns are a constant source of worry! skin troubles and hair troubles are a plenty and are a source of embarrassment for women all over the world. Dandruff, hair fall, split ends, receding hair lines etc the list is never ending! the solutions are also increasing in numbers but not in efficacy. We have a number of lotions and creams and god knows what else but it? s like rubbing water onto the leaves of the plant instead of feeding the roots. Pointless! proper diet and nutrition from within can solve any of these problems better than all those creams on the shelf put together. Healthy inside make us beautiful outside! the right food for hair growth is one of the most amazing hair growth tips ever. Hair growth foods: 1. Green leafy vegetables: green leafy vegetables are the best food for hair growth. Spinach, lettuce, leafy greens, turnip greens, broccoli, beans and green peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote hair growth. Regular intake of green leafy vegetables will ensure growth of hair and also strengthens the roots of hair. The green leafy vegetables reduces hair fall very effectively. 2. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
