You have to reevaluate your cardiac status. But if your pain is due to hyperacidity you can try omez-d for 1 week or two and inform me, privately. Are you on medicines and which are the medicines you take?

My age is 33. I am facing high bp 140/95 since more than 6 months. I visited the doctor last week and he has prescribed Pinom 40 mg. Is it ok to start with such high dose.
Starting treatment is ok but you need to rule out secondary hypertension. Some baseline investigations like KFT, urine analysis, usg abdomen, ECG, echocardiography are required.

Im 17 year old and many times I have pain on my chest while im running and doing exercise. My question is that is am suffering from any heart disease.
It could be due to muscle spasm during running or due to anxiety. Avoid anxiety. You may take ECG and consult doctor to rule out heart disease
Sir I want to known about the age limit of angiography. Can we done angiography at the age of 98. Becz my grandfather have a cardiac patient. He has regularly complained of chest pain last for 1 month.
MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Angiography can be done at any age... But the problem is at the age 98 they usually have become very weak and the arteries have become lax so it is usually not advisable... If he has chest pain then you may consult for homoeopathic treatment... Try giving him Cactus G 30 TDs for just one day...
My father's age is 66 years. Bp and diabetic level is normal. His lipid profile is excellent but hs-crp reactive protein level is 3.38 which is very high. He has asthma issue in heredity. Now went under eco, ecg and tmt test. Eco and ecg is normal but tmt report is showing some issue. Now cardiologist suggested us to have angiography to know the exact blockage issue. Now my question is when lipid and other blood report eco and ecg is normal in that case still there could be any blockage? does elevated hscrp level may due to asthma? if there is blockage then why not appearing in eco and ecg? please suggest us. Should we go for blood thinner medicine first or angiography is must.
MD PULMONARY, DTCD
If TMT positive then better go for angiography specialy if symtomatic. ECG and ECHO can be normal, and cardiac artery may have some lession.

Please in addition take small frequent meals to raise head end of bed to make it in reclining position put a brick under the legs of bed only on head end side as puttimg blankets will not achieve the purpose. If still symptoms persists then take ppi or get ugit endoscopy done.
