I have hair fall. And the growth of my hair ir very less. And I have splits end in my hair. What can I do?
Hair loss, or alopecia can be associated with a wide variety of conditions, from genetic to autoimmune to infectious to environmental. Common forms of hair loss include the following: •Androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness) •Alopecia areata •Scarring (cicatricial) alopecia •Telogen effluvium •Anagen effluvium •Congenital hypotrichosis •Infection-related hair loss (eg, tinea capitis and folliculitis) •Physical hair damage or defect (eg, trichotillomania, loose anagen syndrome, monilethrix, and overprocessing) Androgenetic alopecia is by far the most common form of hair loss, followed by telogen effluvium, alopecia areata, tinea capitis, scarring alopecia, and hair loss from over processing. Upto 100 hair fall per day is considered normal. Correct diagnosis would require a clinical evaluation and then appropriate treatment can be prescribed. Also assessment of thyroid function, a complete blood count (CBC), and measurement of serum ferritin is required. The treatment requires a clinical assessment and correlation with Lab reports.

Back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. That is where the Sciatic nerve passes by and the nerve gets compressed that's the reason you have pain and sensation is disturbed. Pain in the left side of the leg/thigh The compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by. I am afraid that you may be suffering from the rejection issue wherein you feel unwanted and also abandoned, and suffer separation anxiety. This can complicate your whole life. There must have been some incident in your early childhood that may have provoked this feeling: be it true or not. It is however possible to resolve this by learning to accept yourself and love yourself. The rejection issue will make you feel like you do not belong, although externally there may be all the signs that they do love you. It is your perception based on some incident in childhood that is influencing this feeling. The perception is more important than the actual event. You must do all kinds of loving things for yourself. That includes respecting your life, health and well being. Do not frequent people or places or situations where you are not wanted. You must exercise daily, eat a good diet and sleep well. Your identity is also something to work on. In the meantime, do a personality development course; attend workshops and conferences and talks to further your growth. The more educated you become, the more confidence you will develop. Generally meet more people and gradually learn to dispel all fear around them: they are also sometimes equally afraid of others!

Stop grinding your teeth to minimize your chance of lockjaw from TMJ. Eat soft food. When your jaw muscles are tight and painful, you want to give them a rest instead of making them work hard. Eat soft foods like soup, eggs, fish, cottage cheese, smoothies, and cooked vegetables.

Hi , pregnancy can be detected by urine examination but the test for pregnancy is separate & is not included in urine complete examination, which is done for fever. If anyone wants to know pregnancy, he must ask technician/doctor, specifically for" pregnancy test, otherwise it will not be done (as sample is given to find out the cause of fever)

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. 5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. If you are happy with these answers please click on "useful” link so that I can know my efforts are not wasted. If you want more clarifications or prescription for medicines consult me on this site to ask me directly and not in open questions session It's not easy to say exactly what causes depression and anxiety – it's different for everyone. Sometimes a difficult time in you or your mates' life can set off depression or anxiety, sometimes it's caused by a combination of things that has built up over time and sometimes, there's just no obvious cause at all.
