Hi probably the condition of your uncle has worsened and that's the reason he is getting loss of sensation in his toes. Probably the disc is impinging the nerve which is causing this problem. Meet a physiotherapist to know more about the treatment options and if the problem does not subside with physiotherapy then surgery is the only option where you need to meet an orthopedician. To know the severity of the condition you are further advised to take an mri of the spine. Wishing you good health.

You need to start ayurvedic medicine along with your allopthic medicine to control blood sugar. Plus you need to change your food habits. For a start reduce the qty. Of water you drink in 24 hrs to a max of 1 ltr. Have water in sips & not in gulps. Sugar is a disease of water metabolism. Ayurveda treats it differently. Please consult privately for detailed prescription of ayurvedic medicine & food system.

Hello doctor I am 20 years old now but I did not get my beard yet? Why? My friend has a wonderful beard on his face but I do not have why doctor why?

Hello. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid can be found in whole-grain breads and cereals, leafy green vegetables, peas, and nuts. Increase your biotin intake. Biotin is an important water-soluble b vitamin, necessary for the the formation of fatty acids and glucose, as well as for metabolizing amino acids and carbohydrates. A biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss, so making sure you are getting the recommended amount is well worth the effort. Biotin is found in liver, oysters, cauliflower, beans, fish, carrots, bananas, soy flour, egg yolks, cereals, yeast, and other foods. Management: -exfoliate your face. Hair follicles can become blocked with dirt and prevent your hair from growing. Once a week, wear an exfoliant mask with eucalyptus. It's great for your skin, and can help promote hair growth. -massage your hair follicles. A gentle massage can help stimulate your hair follicles. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -take in vitamin a. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin a in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -get plenty of vitamin e, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin e include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin e when eating a normal diet. -boost circulation with vitamin b3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that b3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -take in vitamin b5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin b5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more.

Gynaecological Problems: Signs and Symptoms You Should not Ignore

Gynaecological Problems: Signs and Symptoms You Should not Ignore

Gynaecological problems are all the disorders associated with the female reproductive system. These generally manifest themselves in the reproductive organs situated in the abdominal, pelvic and breast areas of the body. A woman age plays an important role in these cases since the problems are generally associated with hormone changes that take place with ageing.

Such disorders are common and in most cases, arise due to an infection or hormone level fluctuation that usually eases in a few days. Many gynaecological problems are potentially life-threatening and may severely damage fertility, and the chances of procreation. Recognition and early treatment of these problems are thus of utmost importance.

Following are the most common symptoms of gynaecological disorders:

  • Vaginal bleeding between periods and during/after sexual intercourse
  • Frequent and urgent need to urinate or a burning sensation during urination
  • Excessive growth of body hair
  • Sores, lumps or boils in the genital or breast area
  • Severe pelvic pain that differs from menstrual cramps
  • Pain or discomfort during intercourse
  • Menstrual periods lasting for more than 7 days
  • Itching, burning, swelling, redness or soreness in the vaginal area
  • Vaginal discharge with an unpleasant or unusual odour, or of an unusual colour
  • While vaginal bleeding and discharge are essential parts of the menstrual cycle, if these happen in excess or at unusual times, it becomes symptomatic of a gynaecological disorder.

The signs of gynaecological problems often resemble that of urological ailments and other medical syndromes. Recognising these symptoms and consulting a gynaecologist immediately ensures quick alleviation of the problem.

Ignoring them will lead to several maladies such as:

Vulvodynia - This is the term for disorders of the vulva, whose symptoms include pain, itching, swelling and soreness of the vulva.
Vaginitis - This includes all infections of the vagina, such as herpes, yeast infections, Chlamydia, etc. Problems of the vulva also fall into this category.
Organ failure - Pelvic pain is a symptom of dysfunction in one of the organs in the pelvic area - uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, lower intestines, or rectum.
Cancer - In some cases, gynaecological problems refer to various cysts and tumours in the reproductive system, which could develop into cancer.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p. M. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest)

Dry mouth can be very difficult to handle at times and it can lead to very nagging problems all through. As per the history it seems she has a tendency towards hyperglycemia already. Taking utmost care is mandatory for such patients. Regarding dry mouth It may be suggested to visit a dentist evry 6 months, keep the oral hygiene proper always. Although the dentist should clinically examine and suggest the needful but as of now you can use Dry Mouth Gel by GC to get away with the discomfort as of now. Hope this serves the purpose as of now but visit a dentist ASAP. Thanks. :-)

Sometimes going to gym or even doing regular excersies or following a certain generalised diet plan can't help us to remain in our perfect body shape. The main reason behind this could be that, our body's metabolism is not as good as it is supposed to be. In such cases we would like to recommend you to follow the panchkarma & naturopathy ways to loose the unwanted & irritating weight. The therapies focuses on initially increasing the metabolism & than to stabilise it. This helps you to loose the weight not in any miracular way but in a slow & steady way. The weight you are going to loose by these processes will not bounce back. So don't loose hope - loose your weight

Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. For increase growth of moustaches and beard and make them thick apply these very useful methods: • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Do neck massage with oil daily.
