We need to know frequency and amount of tobacco intake, any other habit details. Get examined by dentist to rule out oral submucous fibrosis.

A few months back I removed two backside teeth (one tooth on each side) due to cavity. Three weeks back, I got removable tooth for both. Since then I feel very uncomfortable to eat. I do not enjoy the food I do not feel like wearing those two removable teeth. Will there be any issues if I do not wear them and take care of the remaining teeth.

Hello Lybrate user removable dentures are that too for two teeth are not very helpful for chewing. Instead of this removable denture at your age I would have suggested you implant (screw reatined teeth) or fixed partial denture (fixed denture with support from adjacent firm teeth). I can understand both oadjacent teetptions are costly bot will serve your purpose for a very long time. Not wearing the denture the you are currently wearing will not cause any immediate effect, but long term consequences includes moblity in the adjacent teeth. Hope this helps.

Your Bridge can be easily removed without any major risk to your natural teeth by cutting the bridge in pieces. You will surely end up losing the bridge but the risk to natural teeth will be minimised. Once your bridge is removed the exact cause of pain can be ascertained and treated before placing new crowns.

Hello lybrate-user .if the decay is not too deep then you can get the restoration (filling) done with composite .else opt for root canal treatment followed by crown for permanent solution.

Hi. I'm near about 20 year old. My teeth effective from cavity. It show high sensitivity.

Hi.
I'm near about 20 year old.
My teeth effective from cavity.
It show high sensitivity.
A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
