1. Don't have it every day. Maintain a gap of one or two days. Sex, as a part and parcel of a daily routine, may make you feel bored and eventually might lead to decreased sexual interest. Many times sex in a day, very rarely is fine.

2. Always have an element of surprise in your moves, or your general behaviour, or the gifts that you choose. Surprise makes the moment exciting.

3. Different sex postures - you may start feeling bored by same postures. So, different intercourse postures will not only help to have improved sexual health, but also helps you to keep fit by burning a few more calories. Sex postures that do not allow complete insertion make the act fun and exciting.

4. Try out some safe sex fantasies. Sexual fantasies are the imaginary scenes that you plan and enact with your spouse.

5. Do not undress all of a sudden. Slow and steady... always wins the race.

6. Wear a condom, it delays the pinnacle giving more time to enjoy. In some men, rolling back the foreskin of the penis helps delay excitation. The tip of the penis (the end bulged part) in men is the point of excitation. Making delay in its excitation helps delay ejaculation and gives ample time for foreplay.

7. Exercise - sex and exercise are connected to each other.

increased acidity and colitis are not the same but in many cases can be related to each other. symptoms of acidity could be stomach ache, recurrent cough, feeling uneasy, or dizziness. colitis could present with anaemia, diarrhoea, uneasiness, and weight loss. a proper history and evaluation could help you diagnose the condition and hence begin with appropriate therapy. feel free to consult me if you would like my assistance

Hiiii sir I have a problem of when I think about sex the sperm is leaking from my penis and my penis is growing when the sperm leaks it is like water when it comes out automatically the penis is going down is there any solution for this doctor.

What you are noticing is the pre-ejaculation fluid coming out of your penis, which in slang terms is sometimes called pre-cum. When you are feeling romantic, whether talking on the telephone or even just holding hands with your girlfriend, your body doesn't know if those romantic feelings are going to lead to sexual intercourse or not. Obviously it should not until you are married, but your body doesn't know that. All it notices is that your are sexually aroused. A number of things happen inside your body in response to sexual arousal. Your heart rate rises a bit and your blood pressure goes up. This leads to your penis getting bigger and depending on the amount of arousal, it will get erect. At the same time, preparations are made for the possibility of an ejaculation. Pre-ejaculate fluid can contain a few sperm. However, it only takes one sperm reaching a woman's egg to cause pregnancy. Also, because the pre-ejaculate fluid is from your body, it can spread sexually transmitted diseases if you had picked up one from sinning in the past. This is why boys should not fool around with the genitals of a woman to whom they are not married. Even without ejaculation there is a small chance of getting her pregnant, and a much higher chance of spreading a sexually transmitted disease.

I was having chest pain with breathlessness. I went for Stress Test at a well known ayurvedic chain of clinics. I could not complete the test. TMT was done next day it was normal the ayurvedic doctor consulted two cardiologists and gave the incomplete stress report as normal. At present I am not having any chest pain. My question is could the chest pain and breathlessness be because of gas problem.

Dear lybrate-user, Gas surely gives chest pain, but it should not cause breathlessness. Ideally get a proper examination that includes 2D Echo, Chest X ray, ECG done to determine heart and lung health.

Need throat swab examination both smear and culture and antibiotics as per result. Avoid cold drinks. Do saline gargles Antibiotics as per culture reports.

I have asthma problem. My heartbeat is breathing fast. I am getting difficulties while walking. after eceey 2 minutes I need to wait and take some rest and continue to walking. But its not happening all dayz its happen once in a 2 month.

Hi, bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Sir I am suffering from swelling of right thyroid gland, parathyroid gland and some part of right cheek near to the ear from last 4 to 5 years. I took treatments from ENT specialist and they had given some steroids containing medicines. But it couldn't stop it. They had diagnosed it as kimura's disease. Sir I have problems of right testicle gland. It swelled and normally larger than left one. Sir I have bad habit of masturbation... Should there relation between these two problems? Does drinking alcohol in little amount 3 or 4 times a week affect health. And does it decrease libido.

Drinking alcohol once a while as a social drink or 1-2 small drink once a week is not going to affect your health, but drinking 3-4 times a week is definitely harmful.

Some nights I am tried to sleep quietly bt I am not able to sleep all over night. It is not peaceful for me. What is the reason behind this?

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Regarding online consultation there are certain points which all should know and follow. 1) the description of the diseases should be complete in all respects, including any tests done and any medicines already taking. Just saying I have diabetes since 10 years and taking metformin cannot help a discerning doctor a scientific advice. 2) your place and name and mail id and phone number should be in the question. It is necessary at times to know where you stay to give a good advice. (for example if there the climate is warm or cold and many other factors) 3) it is necessary to keep in regular touch for some diseases like diabetes and hypertension. So make it a point to be in touch by asking private questions. And repeat the essential point of the previous question to give a continuing answer. All these are said with intention to give a scientifically correct answer and talk as if in a regular consultation about which I am very keen to. 4) for personalised attention and follow up ask privately and it is better to make online payment if you are asked to by the doctor. It involves his time and dedication to give you expert advice after studying your problem. Ask personally in case of doubts about any medical matter. it is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch.
