I am doing masturbation since 1 year my age is 16 years old I am doing masturbation at least 2 times a day is there any cause in genes.

Infrequent Masturbation is a natural sexual practice. Myths about masturbation are something that has been around for centuries, being handed down from one generation to another. These myths have made a lot people, especially the younger generation; imagine that there is a problem where none existed. Here a few such myths: Acne and pimples are caused by oily skin and have nothing to do with infrequent masturbation. The act of infrequent masturbation is as natural as making love, and, just like sexual intercourse it does not have any adverse effects on your health. Things like it causes acne, impotence, dark circles around the eyes etc. Are just unfounded assumptions and are not correct. Is regular sexual intercourse bad for you? Then how can infrequent masturbation be bad for you as it only mimics the sexual act. One can masturbate up to a couple of times a week with no ill effects. You just need to be aware about the difference between excessive masturbation and compulsive masturbation. The latter can lead to a few problems, if you feel that you masturbate compulsively, and then it is a good idea to contact me in person through Lybrate for help. Masturbation trains us to think that sexual desire is something that should be satisfied immediately, and it reinforces the idea that sex is about selfish instant gratification. While love is all about giving and sacrificing one's desires for the needs of another person, infrequent masturbation is all about training us to do whatever we want to feel good. Masturbation slowly but surely destroys our ability to give and receive love. It is just a way to release sexual tension While a man who frequently masturbates may find that he has a lower volume of semen per ejaculation, he would not run out, and he won't become infertile. His testicles begin producing and storing sperm during puberty and this sperm production continues throughout much of his adult life. It is a myth that satisfying yourself sexually will diminish your performance in bed. Certainly too frequent indulgence in sex causes abnormal flow of Vital force to Brain, all physical parts and organs of Body, this may lead to forgetfulness like short term memory loss and other corporal ailments from loss of Vital Fluids. Frequently and too much loss of Vital Fluids affects almost all organs systems. But excess of Vital Fluids also have it's own disadvantage and consequences. Infrequent seminal discharges maybe Good for your Health.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Medications for heart attack !

Medications given to treat a heart attack include:

Aspirin. The 911 operator may instruct you to take aspirin, or emergency medical personnel may give you aspirin immediately. Aspirin reduces blood clotting, thus helping maintain blood flow through a narrowed artery.
Thrombolytics. These drugs, also called clotbusters, help dissolve a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart. The earlier you receive a thrombolytic drug after a heart attack, the greater the chance you'll survive and with less heart damage.
Antiplatelet agents. Emergency room doctors may give you other drugs to help prevent new clots and keep existing clots from getting larger. These include medications, such as clopidogrel (Plavix) and others, called platelet aggregation inhibitors.
Other blood-thinning medications. You'll likely be given other medications, such as heparin, to make your blood less "sticky" and less likely to form clots. Heparin is given intravenously or by an injection under your skin.
Pain relievers. You may receive a pain reliever, such as morphine, to ease your discomfort.
Nitroglycerin. This medication, used to treat chest pain (angina), can help improve blood flow to the heart by widening (dilating) the blood vessels.
Beta blockers. These medications help relax your heart muscle, slow your heartbeat and decrease blood pressure, making your heart's job easier. Beta blockers can limit the amount of heart muscle damage and prevent future heart attacks.
ACE inhibitors. These drugs lower blood pressure and reduce stress on the heart.
Surgical and other procedures

In addition to medications, you may undergo one of the following procedures to treat your heart attack:

Coronary angioplasty and stenting. Doctors insert a long, thin tube (catheter) that's passed through an artery, usually in your leg or groin, to a blocked artery in your heart. If you've had a heart attack, this procedure is often done immediately after a cardiac catheterization, a procedure used to locate blockages.

This catheter is equipped with a special balloon that, once in position, is briefly inflated to open a blocked coronary artery. A metal mesh stent may be inserted into the artery to keep it open long term, restoring blood flow to the heart. Depending on your condition, your doctor may opt to place a stent coated with a slow-releasing medication to help keep your artery open.

Coronary artery bypass surgery. In some cases, doctors may perform emergency bypass surgery at the time of a heart attack. If possible, your doctor may suggest that you have bypass surgery after your heart has had time ? about three to seven days ? to recover from your heart attack.

Bypass surgery involves sewing veins or arteries in place beyond a blocked or narrowed coronary artery, allowing blood flow to the heart to bypass the narrowed section.

Once blood flow to your heart is restored and your condition is stable, you're likely to remain in the hospital for several days.

I have done blood tests and report showing lead toxicity. My lead level is 336 ug/l, which is almost double from Normal level. Please suggest us desired treatment and medicine. If there any way to remove lead naturally. What are the precautions.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
I have done blood tests and report showing lead toxicity. My lead level is 336 ug/l, which is almost double from Norm...
There is no natural way with this level and it is to be investigated how you got this toxic level and avoid contact. Hospital treatment as follows is needed. When lead poisoning has been diagnosed, the first course of action is to discontinue exposure. Whether discontinuation of exposure is sufficient to treat the poisoning depends on the blood lead level, severity of clinical symptoms, biochemical and hematologic disturbances, and the nature and history of exposure. All of these factors must be considered in determining the necessity for chelation therapy and there is no exact blood lead concentration above which treatment with a chelating agent is always indicated. In most cases, however, when a blood lead level rises to 80 µg/dL, chelation should be considered, especially in the presence of more severe signs and symptoms. Therapeutic chelating agents have potentially adverse side effects and should be used cautiously and on an individual basis. A single course of chelation may not sufficiently reduce blood lead levels and repeat courses may be required among heavily exposed individuals.

If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away..Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy..Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time
