My mom (48) is suffering for migraine for the past 35 years. She has tried everything treatment possible on earth. It just wouldn't go. Sometime it's a one sided pain (like now in right) and sometimes it's a shifting pain. She can bear the pain on her left hand side, but the right is totally unbearable. She has constipation too. She has a very restricted diet (No chocolates, cheese, fermented stuff, banana etc). No diabetes. Pls help!

I have a lump in my left hip area. It is slightly black in colour and no pain. I had a consultation with the doctor. Doctor said that I need not to worry, it would be a fatty lump. How I can able to confirm that I dont have any cancerous lump. Please guide me.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, There is no need to worry about it! We can't come to any conclusion right now and of course, we shouldn't suspect of Cancer any which ways as all over growths are not always a Cancerous growth at all! Relax. First we will treat the lump with basic medication, in case there is no improvement in the condition, we ask the patient for further investigations (if required). If not got any outcome from that, then only we should go further high. It is gradual stepping up in any case. Medication: Along with the medication you are on, start taking homoeopathic medicines as well (as it is safe to take) - Calcarea Fluor. 12x/ thrice daily and Hepar Sulph. 200/ one dose daily for 10 days, get back to me..

1. avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea , chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Good Morning ~ I am sorry to hear about your problem with epilepsy and I certainly believe that you can control your problem with the use of medications. It is not unusual for caregivers to feel some amount of burnout while taking care of themselves and their loved ones. Some amount of counseling or talk therapy and medications in combination may be needed and a thorough evaluation is called for. I will certainly help with your issues if you can book an appointment with the undersigned.

The treatment would depend upon the size of the eardrum perforation(hole), whether it was caused by trauma to the ear or following an ear infection & the duration of your symptoms. If you answer these questions , I will be able to address your querry better.
