I am a non vegetarian and I have a simple non hectic lifestyle. Since the last 1.5 years I feel my water retention has increased leading to a lower belly fat whch is stubborn I lose weight evrywhr but thr. Focus on eating orange coloured foods like pumpkin, orange, carrot, sweet potato, fish. 3. While eating non veg go for organic lean cut meat. Avoid red meat. 4. I have been suffering from back pain from last three days and now it starts paining in my legs also please suggest me what to do.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

I am 30 years male. Since few days I have little pain in my knees can you please advise I work on Ac for 8 to 10 hrs 5 days a week.

Hi, I am having a stressed feeling and occasional pain in the right shoulder trapezium. It has been over 7-8 months. Occasionally I tend to go to the gym for a few weeks, when there is not much stress/pain in the muscle. Any suggestions on the possible treatment for the same?

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

5 Ways To Deal With Chronic Pelvic Pain

Chronic pelvic pain can be caused due to various reasons. Pelvic pain, at times, can become unbearable and cause much discomfort to the individual. Immediate treatment of chronic pelvic pain is necessary, in such circumstances. However, just as everything in the world has natural remedies, there are certain natural remedies for such pains as well. One can try and harness the natural properties of the food that they consume in order to recover from pelvic pains. Some of the foods that can be consumed and which give a considerable amount of relief are listed below.

  1. Yogurt: At times, pelvic pain is caused due to vaginal infection. To combat such infection yogurt is applied to the vagina and left for some time before washing it off. Yogurt contains Lactobacillus bacteria which is considered to be a good kind of bacteria that helps in fighting its disease-causing counterparts.

  2. Carotene Foods: These include pumpkin, mangoes, sweet potatoes and even spinach. The carotene rich foods help in fighting the bacteria and help prevent infection in the pelvic region. Consumption of such foods at least twice a day would provide you great relief.

  3. Garlic: Garlic contains sulphur which is an effective agent in fighting against bacteria and inflammation. Garlic does not only bring flavours to the food but helps in proper digestion and maintaining a healthy stomach. Thus, a combination of both turmeric and garlic can help a lot to combat severe pelvic pain.

  4. Baking Soda: Sometimes pelvic pain is caused due to bacteria growing in the intestine. The acidity of the intestine promotes the growth of these bacteria which causes pelvic pain. If you consume one tablespoon baking soda mixed with water every day then the alkalinity of the baking soda neutralises the acidity of the stomach. This makes it impossible for the bacteria to thrive and reduces pelvic pain.

  5. Turmeric: Often pain in the pelvis is caused due to bacterial infection or inflammation of some sorts. Both these conditions can be tackled by using turmeric. Turmeric has anti- inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which help in fighting against these problems and lessening the pain to a considerable amount.

Thus, you can try and apply these homemade remedies in curing your pelvic pain. However, if these remedies do not seem to work and the pain drags on or increases, then it is recommended to consult a professional Ayurvedic practitioner as soon as possible.

How old are you? Postural hypotension is a common condition that results from getting up suddenly from during our lying down position. Usually occurs in older ages. Have lot of fluids. Check your hemoglobin levels.

I am age of 52 years, both of my hands including fingers are facing pain and when I do massege on both the hands I am getting relaxation for some times.

Hi may be some problem with muscle and connective tissues. But if from long time may be neurological problem may persists. Daily do the stretching of hands palm and forearm muscles and relax them if problem persists then need to consult neurologist and may proceed to further investigations.

I am having back ache. Above my lower back near the lungs area. I feel it sometimes while running but these days I think due to my sleeping posture the pain has increased a lot. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
