I am 30 year old. Having back pain frequently while riding the bike. This starts while last month onwards. Inspected the bike having any shock absorber problems. But not having any problems. Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

If this blood pressure range [ 140/90] comes after regularly taking of medicine that means your bp is under control by the effect of medicine and you should not withdraw the medicine and if that value is after withdrawal of medicine then you can leave it with a regular checkup and keep a watch on your bp.

For burnig fats hot water drink is effective. Too much cold water is not good. In fact water at room temperature or those cooled by natural evaporation like in earthen pits are ecofriendly as well as health friendly.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

I HAVE got my CAROTID DOPPLER REPORT Both common carotid arteries are normal in course and caliber with normal age related internal thickening. Colour doppler imaging reveals normal colour filling. Spectral traces show normal wave form and flow velocities Right CCA 0.62M/SEC LEFT cca 0.67n/sec Opinion right carotid bulb showing soft hypoechoic plaque in the medial wall causing 33% luminal narrowing. The plaque is going into proximal part of ICA PLEASE ADVISE I AM SO DEPRESSED.

You have to be careful about progress of plaque, it should not increase. Reduce bad fats, keep good lipids on higher side, get total lipid profile done, if cholesterol is high, try to bring it down through diet and exercise. Do send the reports here on the forum. Spoon of honey with lemon juice in warm water everyday does reduce blood sugar and cholesterol (responsible for plaque, some people have tried pomegranate juice to reduce blockages, others vouch for apple cider vinegar benefits, if these can reduce plaque, without any harm to body, you can also try. Go for long walks as a simple exercise and meditation, reduce stress as internal steroids are generated due to stress and all steroids lead to increase in plaque.

HOME REMEDIES - Take 10-15 basil leaves and 10-15 neem leaves. Mix them and crush to a paste. Add to 1 glass of water. Mix well. Drink on an empty stomach once everyday. Warm water + 3teaspoon cinnamon powder + 2tablespoon honey .Drink this thrice a day. Drink 4litres of water per day. Avoid refrigerated water. Yogasanas & Pranayamas- Ardhmatyrndrasana, Shalabhasan, Vajrasana, Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhati. Quit smoking. Smoking lowers HDL cholesterol levels and increases the tendency for blood to clot thereby increasing the chances of Haemorrhage and Cardiac Diseases. Use olive oil, sesame oil for making food. Arjun Ksheer Pak- Soak 2 teaspoon of arjun bark powder in 100 ml water at night. Next morning add 100 ml of milk in this and cook till the mixture is reduced to half. Strain with a cloth and drink 50 ml in morning and 50 ml in the night half hour after meals. This reduces cholesterol quickly and also strenghthens the heart muscles. Eat a plateful salad 1 hr before lunch and 1 hr before dinner. Take dinner before 8 pm. Do not drink milk. Have green tea. Follow the above strictly for 1 month and repeat your tests to see the results.
