Getting A Bigger Penis In MINUTES (It Does Not Have To Take Months)

MD - General Medicine
Sexologist, Delhi
Getting A Bigger Penis In MINUTES (It Does Not Have To Take Months)

Many of the methods you hear about for how to get a bigger penis, often will take months for results to be seen. Now, these are the legitimate methods. Of course there are all kinds of snake oil remedies which will proclaim to only take days to gain you bigger size.. Most of these will not work, but we will discuss ways in which you can learn how to get a bigger penis very quickly, gaining size results almost right away, in only minutes.

While these methods work, and will give you noticeable size gains, they won't be permanent. Nevertheless, they will work awesome for a number of occasions such as right before becoming intimate with your partner or even in the locker rooms after a workout where you may experience the very natural "shrinkage" condition.

  • Warm Wraps. There are a number of different ways to pull this off. Choose whichever is the most convenient for you. I like simply taking a hot washcloth (warmed with water) and wrapping it around the penis for a few minutes. The heat will increase blood flow and create larger penis size.
  • Another method is simply taking a shower and directing the hot water towards your penis, which in turn will increase blood flow and once again create much larger penis size than what you had before.
  • Tugging, pulling, stretching. This method once again has a number of options for implementation. I find the easiest is to simply tug on your penis a few times, essentially stretching it out for a moment, releasing and repeating. You can also do full on stretches which have you pulling on your penis, stretching it out and holding it there for several seconds before releasing and repeating.
  • Either way, this stretches the tissue out and gets it out of that scrunched up situation often referred to as "shrinkage"
  • Shaking your penis. This is another simple and effective method, and perhaps the quickest of them all. Instead of tugging or stretching, just give your penis several gentle shakes. Think of it as "waking your penis up". Just like any other body part that becomes stiff or remains stagnant for long periods of time, we like to shake these parts, wake them up, and in turn they go from stiff to stretched out and elongated. Same thing works for your penis. Shake him out some and not ony does the tissue become stretched, but blood flow will increase some which also creates larger size.
  • Trimming. Of course the classic method which needs to be emphasized because it really is probably the simplest of all these techniques, is trimming your pubic hair, mainly around the base of your penis. This will visually make your penis look much larger than when covered up with pubes. Some guys have used this trick in the past, yet simply forgot about it, or they were not consistent with trimming and hence "the forest grew back" covering up the bean stalk.
  • Popping Pills. This is another method which should be given a mention since there are so many "penis pills" out there claiming size gains are possible by simply popping pills. These do actually have their place as there are effective herbs out there that will increase size, but once again it is only temporary. The other catch is that the size is most noticeable in the state of erection. That is the effective penis pills (and there are a lot of non-effective pills out there as well) will make your erections much harder and stronger. This results in even more blood being pumped up creating larger looking erection size as well as a much more "veiny" look.
  • Now for permanent penis size gains you are going to have to do jelqing exercises, and if you want to speed up your size results there are certain supplements get you as big as possible.

This method works great if you are looking to gain an inch or so of added size as well as increased girth, and the combination of exercises and supplements can get you permanent results in only weeks.

She is likely to have a condition called" obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome" here the person never gets adequate sleep in the night as the sleep cycle gets distorted. Mostly found in obese people. They fall asleep frequently during daytime which disturbs their routine. Snoring is no longer a laughable matter. It has been found those afflicted with osas are likely to suffer from heart ailments. High bp etc. An overnight sleep test will be needed to record her sleep pattern. This will be best done by a chest physician. C- pap machine which created positive pressure on inspired air will help better oxygenation. Consult the chest physician. She will definitely improve.

Masturbation is neither dangerous nor harmful. Rarely people get addicted to it. Addiction is not a loose word. We call masturbation addictive, only when it is done compulsively to the extent of being psychologically, or socially harmful. Addicts find masturbation interfering with day to day functioning. Though many people think they are addicted, they are in fact, not! do not worry, but let me know more about your masturbation habit so that I could either reassure you or suggest methods to make it manageable.

General Physician,
Heavy sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) is a very real and embarrassing problem, but there are some effective ways to treat it. What Is Hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: • Dry skin • Irritated skin • Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: • Dry mouth • Dry eyes • Blurry vision • Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: • Surgically remove sweat glands • Sympathectomy A dermatologist can surgically remove sweat glands from the underarms. This surgery can be performed in a dermatologist’s office. Only the area to be treated is numbed, so the patient remains awake during the surgery. A dermatologist may use one or more of the following surgical techniques to remove sweat glands from the underarms: • Excision (cut out sweat glands) • Liposuction (remove with suction) • Curettage (scrape out) • Laser surgery (vaporize) Sympathectomy is another surgery used to treat hyperhidrosis. This is major surgery, which a surgeon performs in an operating room. During sympathectomy, the surgeon tries to stop the nerve signals that your body sends to the sweat glands. To do this, the surgeon will cut or destroy certain nerves. To find these nerves, the surgeon inserts a mini surgical camera into the patient’s chest just beneath the underarm. The patient’s lung must be temporarily collapsed so that the surgeon can cut or destroy nerves. Uses: • Surgical removal of sweat glands is used to treat the underarms • Sympathectomy is mainly used to treat the palms

Hi I am 34 male my coronary angiography report. Clinical resume. Recent amwi; thrombolysed with stk here on 9.1.2017....
As per your mentioned report, you had an heart attack which seems to have been managed well due to timely thrombolysis and as per this report only minimal blockage is present in this report. Based on this report the medical advice that has been given to you is fine. But we cannot comment with 100% surety without looking at the angiography CD, because sometimes the study is either not interpreted or done correctly, but assuming that this is the report your present treatment is ok.
