Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take regular breaks from desk. Avoid outside food completely.

I am 29 years old lady. My height is 5.5 ft. My weight is 85 kg. It was 103kgs before 7months ago. I follow diet plan. Avoid junk food oily food. And do exercise twice in a day. I have hypothyroidism. I have a child of 4years. I want me in 65kgs. How it is possible. Please help me.

It seems you are doing very well on a diet and exercise regimen. Please continue this. If you need further help or help with reducing problem areas and contouring your body liposuction or non surgical lipolysis can be very helpful.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with healthy breakfast like a king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat a whole grain. Switch from full-fat dairy to low-fat. Eat good and healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

We can increase your height till 18 years of age and I will suggest you to do various sports activity like playing football, cycling, skipping and can also take calcium and protein rich food and for healthy weight loss Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet PlanBreakfast – green Juice.Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Can be eaten as wholesome powder also 6.Avoid too much off starchy foods like Potato, Yam, arvi, sweet-potato, sabu dana (Sago), Maida, corn-flour. 7.Eat lots and lots of vegetables and green leafy vegetables in form of cooked vege, Salads & Soup. 8.Avoid canned and processed foods like cream biscuits, wafers, pickle, papad For specific weight loss diet loss plan, please enroll in my weight loss package.

I am suffering from varicose veins so can I go for running in the morning to reduce my weight.
Varicose vein is a condition were the valve of veins of lower extremities become incompetents due to which the blood in the veins fails to come back to heart which results in the accumulation of blood in the veins. Technically it is very difficult to makes incompetent valves competent. Therefore the most important thing to do is limb elevation, wearing stoking and avoiding hanging down the limbs towards gravity.

To reduce weight you should exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat,swimming,skipping.Follow a proper diet and change life style.Eat small amount of foods and don't skip meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice like soft drinks,fruit juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take whole wheat,whole grain,oats.Eats lots of vegetables,whole fruits,these will help you to reduce fat.Take proteins like lean chicken,fish,egg,peas,peanuts,cottage cheese,soy products,mushroom.Use good fats like olive,coconut,fish oil,almond,walnut,flax seed etc.Drink water before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.
