Take aloe Vera juice with luke warm water before nd after meals/take tulsi drop with luke warm water early morning. Do brisk walk daily. Take salad, milk with oats without sugar, milk porridge without sugar, milk cornflakes without sugar, aanar juice in breakfast time, green tea without sugar, black coffee without sugar.

Besides oil, alot of other things can be the reason for your weight remaining the same. Your lifestyle and eating habits can be a major reason for the same. Start walking on a regular basis, reduce carbs intake, eat healthy and every 3 hourly. This should help you. And for targeted weight loss, please enroll for a monthly program.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hi Lybrate user, According to your height your weight is ok. Your BMI is 23. 1 kg/m2 (Normal. There is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. But it depends how much you are physically active. So try to increase fiber in your diet like fruits, vegetables, salad and complex carbohydrate like oats, daliya ect. Take small & frequent meal. (2 major meals & 2-3 small meals/ snacks). More & more green leafy vegetables & salad. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs. Do not take outside foods/ fried/ deep fried foods. Drink sufficient water 2-3 liter/day. Get at least 40-50 minutes of moderate exercise/day. You can increase crunches, side & twist crunches, Bicycle exercise etc specially for flat tummy. Baby must be crying coz of heat. Keep her in cool environment with either ac or cooler. Give your every two hours. Anyone can help you in feeding her. Weight loss is normal in first week of life. Just stay calm feed baby properly and keep yourself and baby in cool environment.

Dear lybrate-user, walking is the best exercise so walk at least 10000 steps daily (brisk walk) and continue with your diet. Eat less in night and maintain gap of 2 to 3 hrs between your dinner and sleep. Take himalaya's vrikshamla tablets 2 tablets twice a day for 3 month. You will definitely loose weight. All the best.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week. You will feel like you can't but you really can. You must keep trying again and again. It is likely that smoking weed has affected your appetite and your metabolism to bring about weight loss. So your first line of action is to quit smoking. If you are finding it very difficult to give it up on your own then admit yourself in a rehabilitation center and go through the 12 steps to recovery. After that attend na meetings and keep yourself clean forever. You will need to alter your lifestyle, change your friends, your haunts, your habits, etc. You must learn to have fun in clean ways. You must exercise regularly, eat well and sleep well. Emotionally you must be able to handle your feelings by expressing them appropriately. A counselor will teach you about emotions and how to handle them. If this does not work for your weight gain then you should consult a doctor to examine for any other reasons.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals. C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result.

Do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed.
