Hello, I was prescribed Dronis 20 by my gyno for birth control pills, however I could not find Dronis 20 where I live. The chemist has suggested Dronis 30 to me as an alternative. Kindly advise is it safe and okay to take Dronis 30 as an alternative to Dronis 30? If yes advise how to use/take Dronis 30. Thank you.

She is not having periods for two months. I advise her to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal. These will help her in her periods.

Dear, it's time to switch to homeopathic medicines to maintain regularity in menses. But before that you need to undergo abdomen scan, amh test and thyroid profiles. Depending upon the test reports you can be treated. Take care.

You may have to do two times to confirm the pregnancy . If you see one negative you can repeat after one or two days

Hi I am 2-3 weeks pregnant. My doctor advised me to take vitamins/zinc and folic acid tablets. Also, my thyroid is 5.8 so she advised me to take thyroid tablet as well. Now my question is my blood group is O- and my husband's O+ but I am not taking any Medicine as of now. Is that fine? Also, what more precautions I need to take. My doctor asked me to wait for one more week and then go for blood test and ultrasound.

Hi Yes, Folic acid is important for skull and brain development of the baby. And increase in thyroid dose needed to bring TSH down to around 1. Now, regarding the Blood group imcompatibility, you will need an immediate antibody screen, to rule out the possibility of any antibodies you may have developed. If negative, then repeat at 28 weeks. If positive, the titre will be checked and the ultrasound monitoring of baby needs to be done. Am attaching an information leaflet. Please read through, and check with me for further doubts.

There is no contraindication of normal delivery in her case. But there are other factors which will decide.

That depends on the findings and procedure of your myomectomy surgery. If the cavity of the uterus was entered when removing fibroids during the surgery, then you need a planned Caesarean section in all future pregnancies and should not try a normal delivery, as there is risk of rupture of the uterus. You need to check the details of your myomectomy with the gynaecologist who performed it.
