Hi sir ,i want to join indian arny so I daily use to run 5 kilometer . I hav just started to run before some days so I get pain in my whole body and when I just stop running I cant breath properly it just like to my lungs get busted. Is all should be normal and I hav lack of stamina how it all should be maintained , sir by any how I want to join indian army please help me ,any medical help or physical or any powder in meal . What should I hav to take in meal in these day.
I got my left leg injured when playing football and later after 1 hour it is started the pain over the thigh I can barely move my body. Whenever I bend it pain most. I can barely walk. Please help me.
Pain is our body’s way of telling us that something is wrong. It works as an alarm system, a signal to tell us to stop doing something that may be harmful to us, and in this way protects us from dangerous situations. For this reason, pain should always be taken seriously.Our ability to withstand pain depends a lot on the mood we are in, our personality and the circumstances under which our pain occurs. OUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Pain gets on our nerves, quite literally.Our perception of pain is controlled by our nervous system, the part of our bodies that records and distributes information throughout the body. Our nervous system is in two parts, the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system.The smallest unit of the nervous system is the nerve cell or neuron. These are highly specialized structures that are able to conduct massages to and from the brain as fast-moving nerve impulses(electrical signals). Nerve cells communicate with each other via their dendrites, spindly extensions that act as antennae and gather information for the nerve cell to deal with. Nerve themselves are made up of bundles of the axons of the nerve cells. They transmit electrical nerve impulses between the peripheral and central nervous systems. To look at it another way, nerve are the electrical wiring of the body and the brain and the spinal cord are the nerve centre-the mission control of pain perception.

Respected Sir/Madam, This is in regards to the patient (my grandma). She has been lately struggling to walk and sit. She fell down and broke her spine before 5 months. She wasn't able to bear the pain for the last 2 months. Then we took her to hospital where they told after taking biopsy it might be multiple myeloma. They referred another hospital's Oncology department for further treatment. Radiation was given 10 times first in the spinal cord. Even after that treatment the pain did not stop and radiation was given to hip also. Now 2 weeks has passed after that and still she is having the pain.

- You can also try water therapy as water has a therapeutic effect on pain and makes your movements much easier than on land.
- Observe your body's reaction to physical therapy - When you have just had a back or neck pain episode and try physical therapy you will feel some initial discomfort, it is expected. After you acclimatize yourself with the routine all kinds of pain will gradually diminish. The initial pain due to physiotherapy is caused because your muscles are stiff and they are being stretched the way they are not used to. However if the pain gradually increases you are probably not right for that particular kind of physical therapy.
