Hi, take homoeo medicine: @ sulphur 30-6 pills dly morning for a wk & revert. @ nux vom-30-6 polls, thrice a day. Take plenty of water to regulate metabolism and to soften stool to b evacuated, smoothly in order to ease your constipation. Take, simple, non- irritant, digestible diet on time. Avoid, chilly, spicy, intake, junk food, sitting in one position for a long time, keep on changing your position. Take care.

I have shoulder pain from last 3 months and its not recovering. I have tried 15 days physiotherapy but the pain is still there in the front part of the shoulder. I have gotten a MRI done and it shows likely tear in the supraspinatus tendon in the humeral part. Please suggest.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Do not take any food for two days. Drink one cup of spinach juice and 4-5 glasses of orange or mousambi or kinnoo juice for those two days.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

It might be of muscle strain or of pathological reasons do take ust and tens therapy for pain relief for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

Dear user. I can understand. Every damage is reversible. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

For ibs, there are good homeopathic remedies +that will help u, but according to symptoms only. But regarding diet wise, you should always prefer the bland diet, n hav to avoid the items which will aggravate your c/o. Though it is your favourite dish. Take plenty of water. Minimum 3-4 litres/day. Daily taking soaked fenugreek seeds [minimum 8-10] in morning, with empty stomach will help to reduce the problem to some extent. Take fruits, juices, vegetables, its always better to avoid spicy, oily, outside, fast food in general also, but more for the people like u.
