Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hello bcoz of constipation your body heat is increasing& your getting pimples. Do some exercise daily at this age you should not have this kind of problems. How many times in a week you have constipation? wat medicines have you taken for this till now? by the time start medicine named nux vomica 200, 3-3 pills, 3 times a day daily for 1 month. Have plenty of water, salads, fruits. Start with some exercises. Only medicine will not help you you also need to take some efforts from your side. Reply after 1 month thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If you have localised backache with no neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias, weakness etc and there are no systemic and other associated symptoms; the I can advise you: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings normally patients with mechanical back pain respond quite well to conservative form of management within 2-3 weeks, if your pain is not decreasing, then you may need to get in touch with me as I will require certain investigations. I have been suffering with back pain from ten days and the pain is very saviour when I standards for fifteen minutes.
Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. I have a sprain on my right foot plzzz tell me what shud I do to make the pain low.
You can first use the rice approach to treat your ankle: rest: you may need to use crutches until you can walk without pain. Ice: for at least the first 24 to 72 hours or until the swelling goes down, apply an ice pack for 10 to 20 minutes every hour or two during the day. Always keep a thin cloth between the ice and your skin, and press the ice pack firmly against all the curves of the affected area. Compression: an elastic compression wrap, such as an ace bandage, will help reduce swelling. You wear it for the first 24 to 36 hours. Compression wraps do not offer protection. So you also need a brace to protect your ankle if you try to put weight on it. Elevation: raise your ankle above the level of your heart for 2 to 3 hours a day if possible. This helps to reduce swelling and bruising. Proper treatment and rehabilitation (rehab) exercises are very important for ankle sprains. If an ankle sprain does not heal right, the joint may become unstable and may develop chronic pain. This can make your ankle weak and more likely to be reinjured. Please see a physiotherapist. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. .

If you have pain during rest time that is your exam time and study must. Long sitting and forward bending both things crest back pain heat formation twice a day with rest time n stretch your back muscle. Take break evey half n hour otherwise you can go physiotherapy for muscle relaxion tens therapy bcoz this is your exam time to complete your study n for good exam.

It depends in how bad your knees are. Most early oa pts can be managed with physio and drugs. But advances cases need replacement.
