Sir go for a complete detox of your body with the help of ayurveda's Panchakarma therapy. It includes Abhyangam (Massage with medicated oils) n medicated steam bath. This wud rejuvenate your body - improving your work efficiency and bettering your sleep. It will also strengthen your nerves and muscles. These procedures will take out the harmful toxins out of your body - cleansing your body. Also take Shirodhara which would completely take the stress out of your body and you will feel light, fresh and full of energy. Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. INDIGESTION It may gas-distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in your food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead you can have green tea. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Have more of Coconut Water, Gulkand etc to relieve acidity, Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down your system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system. Respected doctors, I was very meritorious and hard working guy but since mid 2015 I don't know what happened to me. I have a history of anxiety since 2011 but it was never an issue. Since 2015 I started feeling severe pain on both sides of neck and continues confusion and mental blockage. I can't think and read write properly which I loved so much. I have no job currently. When I go out or in crowd I feel so confused and mental blockage and cont concentrate and become blackout. I feel severe hopelessness and thought of suicide crop up daily which I withstand somehow. I was brainy multitasking person but all of sudden what happened don't know consulted psychiatrist who said it's depression anxiety and too medicine for a month but did not work. I visited homeopaths and they too said similar things but medicine did not work. I remain home bound alone away from family as don't want to disturb them. One homeopath in banaras said I have schizophrenia and he clearly said I will become helpless and suicidal whose forecasting foes match with mine current symptoms. I don't know how he diagnosed accurately simply touching my wrist veins. He gave me medicines which I discontinued after 1 month and came to Gurgaon. Here I have again consulted one Hakim and currently taking his medicines. I do not know what should I do to regain my life. I am 35 unmarried, no job, while working on computer I get confused and can't understand and do small things which I was so good in. My current situation gives me chill and anxiety why I have become like this though I gather courage and fight day and night not to give up. Dirty sexual thoughts comes too much in mind which I try to resist. While traveling in metro or where there is crowd I become blank and severe neck pain occurs. One doctor said blood us not going properly in my brain .Can anyone suggest me good therapy in Gurgaon or near area wherein I can get rid of my issues and get life. I am eldest in home and no marriage, no job is big dent for me. Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.
