You need to see spine specialist for thorough clinical & radiological evaluation of your neck & back pain if it is persistent or recurrent or associated with radiating arm or leg pain. If it is mild pain from short duration can take tab paracetamol 650 mg twice or thrice daily till pain relief or max 5 days. Apply oxalgin nano gel locally. Do not massage. Hi Lybrate user SGPT, SGOT are the liver function test if it is not normal it means there is excess work load on your liver due to your eating habits and lifestyle. So I suggest you first adjust your healthy lifestyle and eating habits. That is avoiding unhealthy fat and over spicey food, eat according to your work excess calories has to manage by liver so adjust it. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet. Avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits and vegetables in your diet. No. It was not your fault. It is correct that you suggested for her to be taken to the hospital for professional help. The symptoms you have mentioned is typical for Heart Attack that women suffer. These are different from symptoms men have sometimes. Even if you would have given your father-in-laws BP medication, it would not have been enough to revive your mother-in -law. For your own sake, take your father-in -law to a good doctor and understand how women suffer from heart attacks. Nothing is sudden. Her condition must have been building up for many years together. It will be better as, if another such person suffers symptoms, you and your family will be in a better position to help the patient.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich.
