Bleeding Gums: How To Prevent?

Bleeding gums: 5 best homeopathic medicines for bleeding gums
Homeopathic medicines for bleeding gumsbleeding gums can be a big worry for those who are affected by it. It is absolutely important that one should take good care of dental hygiene. Brushing one’s teeth twice a day, using a brush with soft bristles, brushing one’s teeth gently, drinking plenty of water, avoiding too much processed food and sweets can go a long way in helping bleeding gums. Another important thing to avoid is the use of tobacco in any form. Smoking and chewing tobacco are very harmful for the teeth and the gums. Chewing tobacco is also the leading cause of oral cancer.

Homeopathic medicines for bleeding gums
At times, even after taking care of all the above mentioned things, the problem does not get better. In such cases, one has to seek medical help. In my personal experience of treating such problems, I have found that homeopathy is very helpful. The homeopathic medicines work wonders and cure the problem pretty soon.

Care before Pregnancy (Pre-conceptional Care)

Care before Pregnancy (Pre-conceptional Care)
Most of us have an idea that the couple should go to gynecologist only after they fall pregnant or when there is difficulty in conceiving. But we all know that prevention is better than cure. Then why should not we take precaution to avoid complications in pregnancy so that we can have healthy mother and healthy baby.

Some of the diseases can manifest during pregnancy, like some diseases of heart, blood pressure, blood sugar etc. But if the couple comes to doctor when they are planning pregnancy, then we can diagnose it and start treatment so that pregnancy can be safe to both the mother and the baby.

On the other hand, some pre-existing disease may turn serious during pregnancy and endanger life of both mother and baby. This includes thyroid disease, hypertension, epilepsy, renal disease, cardiac disease etc. If taken care of properly, the disease can be controlled before pregnancy so that the risk can be reduced. Again all the drugs are not safe for the baby. So, if treated before pregnancy, the mother can be put on safer but effective drugs before pregnancy.

Some diseases may run in family and often goes undetected and can affect the baby. Thlassaemia, hemophilia etc are the best examples. So, if the couple comes to us before pregnancy, we can screen them to diagnose whether they are bearer of the disease or not and then we can take care to prevent birth of defective baby.

Some diseases indicate that there may be problems in having pregnancy, like problems in periods or abdominal pain in female, sexual problems in male and female etc. If treated properly, it will avoid unnecessary time wastage for trying for pregnancy.

The woman can be instructed how to remain healthy to have normal baby, before pregnancy. She can be advised some drugs (like folic acid), can be asked to avoid harmful drugs and substances (like drugs, excessive vitamin a, excessive vitamin d, excessive caffeine, smoking etc). Even the husband can be asked how to improve his fertility (by avoiding heat exposure to his scrotum).

Again some infections can be dangerous for the baby. So, before pregnancy we can treat the women for the infections and in some cases we can vaccinate her to prevent infection.

"a stitch in time saves nine. So, why don't you consult your gynecologist when you are planning for pregnancy? have smooth journey throughout pregnancy and enjoy parenthood.

Yes dear heredity, bad food habits, stress, lack of sleep, any infection..etc are common causes of hairfall...try the tips below for hair protection:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils. TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING : 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, whole grains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Don't skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep ? it's an essential part of being healthy. While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Anxiety and depressive illness is a medical/psychiatric illness that can be treated effectively by antidepressants and cognitive behavior therapy. So one has to see a psychiatrist at the earliest. Psychiatrist after assessment and evaluation will decide on the best antidepressant medication that is suitable to you. These antidepressant medications are not sedatives or addictive in a nature. The course may last for 4-6 months depending upon the severity of the illness.

How can I find out myself i, am diabetes patient at home without checking blood by systems of it?

How can I find out myself i, am diabetes patient at home without checking blood by systems of it?
Dear lybrate-user, Feeling tired and lack of energy can be seen in many cases like low Haemoglobin levels, low blood pressure, diabetes digestion issues, infections or fever etc. It may be due to simple lifestyle issues like untimely food, lack of proper sleep/ oversleep, lack of physical activity etc. You can correct all your daily habits like food (eat balanced food, better avoid processed ones), sleep minimum 6 hours a day, drink adequate amount of water and indulge in physical activities. I believe your problems may be solved. Following are some of the early symptoms of diabetes, but a presence of few symptoms doesn't mean that you have diabetes. It is always better to consult a doctor for confirmation, before getting unnecessarily tensed. 1. Increased Sweating may be accompanied by body odour 2. Tendency to Urinate frequently 3. Excessive thirst 4. Excess Hunger 5. Wound/ sores takes a long time to heal 6. Feels exhausted and fatigue 7. Dry mouth and itchy skin 8. Burning sensation of palms and feet 9. Blurred vision I would like to stress again that if you find any of theses symptoms, it has no meaning that you suffer from diabetes. It may be due to a variety of issues.

Follow these methods to get rid from oily face: • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. * Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *To control the oily secretion on face you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oil production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. * Avoid to eat high spicy foods.
