Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

My Legs gets strain very Easily. Please sugest me to get Strength to increase my fitness.

Add two cups of Epsom salt to warm bath water. Soak the affected part of your body in the water for half an hour. Dry the area with a towel and wrap it with an elastic bandage. Do this once daily for a few days until the strained muscle is healed completely.

Make a time table of urs wake up early eat fresh fruits n healthy food go to gym eat little but on time. You ll b fine bt it may take a while.

Its always good to have milk for bones. But if knee is poorly affected get it replaced, that can give you a much better quality of life. The more you exercise and have dairy products the healthier your bones will be. For adequate exercise it might be good to consider getting your knee replaced.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

The nerves coming out of vertebral column from in between the inter vertebral spaces are getting pressed at lumbar and sacral level. Your inter vertebral disc may be rubbing with the out coming nerve root. Your weight 81 kg. Is quite high for your height of 169.5 cms. More the weight more the problem. Reduce your weight to bring it in the house of about 65 to 68 kg. Avoid forward bending of your back to avoid pinching of nerve roots in the discs. Do back bending exercises like raising your trunk while sleeping on your back so that a clear space is created between the mattress and your back. Sleep on hard flat bed and avoid coir sponge mattresses. Don't lift heavy weight as it may aggravate your problem in future.

Get x-ray or mri done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - greeva basti (specialized procedure for neck pains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your neck muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of neck. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Goodevening mam please do a hot water fermentation and then a a few active ankle toe movements and calf stretching. Kindly elevate your leg while lying down and then your pain will slowly reduce.

Backaches are a common health problem among middle-aged and elderly people, but at times young people also suffer from it. Some of the symptoms of a backache are pain in the back or around the hips, reduced flexibility of the spine and difficulty sleeping. Backaches can occur for many reasons such as muscle tension, improper diet, lack of physical activity, arthritis, excessive physical labor, poor sitting posture and pregnancy. A backache can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day activities. Natural treatments can provide quick relief from the pain and allow you to enjoy life again. Here are the top 10 home remedies for backache. 1. Ginger Ginger root, which is used to cure vomiting, can also be used in the treatment of back pain. The anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger can give you relief from a backache. Apply some ginger paste on the affected area, followed by eucalyptus oil.Cut thin slices of fresh ginger root and put them in a pan of boiling water. Simmer and boil it on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and strain it. Add honey and then drink it. You can drink this ginger tea two or three times a day for a few days or until you see improvement.You can also make an herbal tea with one-half teaspoon of black pepper corns, one-half teaspoon of cloves and one teaspoon of ginger powder. 2. Basil Leaves Basil leaves can also come to your rescue when suffering from a backache. Add 8 to 10 basil leaves to one cup of water and boil it until the water evaporates to half.Let it cool to room temperature and then add a pinch of salt.For mild pain, drink this concoction once daily; for severe pain, drink it twice daily. 3. Poppy Seeds Poppy seeds work wonders as remedy of backache. Grind together 100 gm each of poppy seeds (khus khus) and rock candy (misri).Consume two teaspoons of this mixture twice daily, followed by a glass of milk. 4. Herbal Oil Massaging your back with an herbal oil can help your muscles relax and relieve pain. You can use any herbal oil such as eucalyptus oil, almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Heat the oil until warm and massage it gently over the aching area. 5. Garlic Garlic is another ingredient that can help treat a backache. Simply eat two to three cloves of garlic every morning on empty stomach. You can also massage your back with garlic oil. To make garlic oil, heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water. 6. Wheat Wheat has compounds that produce an analgesic effect that can help minimize pain. Soak a handful of wheat in water overnight.In the morning, mix in cuscus grass powder and coriander. Then add one cup of milk and boil it for a few minutes until it thickens.Drink the mixture twice daily. 7. Ice Packs Cold compresses made with ice are effective in reducing pain and swelling. If ice is not available, you can also use a bag of frozen vegetables. Put a bowl of crushed ice in a plastic bag and wrap it in a towel. Put the compress on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes.Do this repeatedly, waiting half an hour between each application. You can also apply hot compresses to reduce backache. 8. Epsom Salt Epsom salt can ease pain and relieve inflammation. Mix Epsom salt with hot water to make a thick paste. Soak a towel in it and ring out any excess liquid from the towel. Put it on your back near and around the aching area. The heat from the towel will also reduce anyswelling.You can also add two cups of Epsom salt to your bathwater and soak your body in it for half an hour. 9. Chamomile Tea A hot cup of chamomile tea will help relax tense muscle tissues that can be the cause or a related symptom of a backache. You can buy pre-packaged chamomile tea or make your own. Add one tablespoon of chamomile flowers to one cup of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes.Drink one to three cups daily. 10. Milk Milk is a rich source of calcium that your body needs for strong bones and healthy muscles. Ensuring that your body gets an adequate amount of calcium can help alleviate and prevent backaches. Drink milk regularly. You can add some honey to sweeten it.You can also make a mixture of cuscus grass and sugar in equal amounts and consume it twice daily with a cup of warm milk. Hello you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture.
