Sir I am 62 years old male suffering from the following problem kindly advice me the prescription frequent Stomach problem like ibs and iregular bowling from past 10 years taken medicine but not solved yet ankle pain body pain, lack of interest in work and concentration, tiredness/feteque even attending small work, and short distance travelling. The lab reports are normal no bp sugar and observed ostieporasis.

Hello do proper warm up & stretching exercises before you start your workout & do again stretching exercises after workout. Do cold fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. This will help in reducing the pain. If still pain continues then consult with me.

This is regarding severe back pain from last 5 month Dr. suggested for MRI as xray dnt reveal anything.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am a 35 years old female suffering from knee pain since 3 weeks what should I do?

Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. I am 23 years old. I am facing problem related to knee injury. Which medicine should I take to overcome this injury?

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

It might be improper hygiene. If none of you don't have same infection so can't contracted. It can be confirmed only by laboratory investigation. But it's better to take precautions further. It might be fungal infection so anti fungal help you. If at all clear doubt go for test by both of you.

I can understand your problem, you can follow these advice:- 1. You have to maintain correct posture first, sit properly with back rest on the pillow, walk with back straight. 2. While lying down on your bed, keep pillow under your knees. 3. While side lying, keep pillow between your knees. 4. Have balanced diet which is rich in calcium product. 5. Drink lots of water. It will keep supple your joints. 6. Morning walk is must. 7. Perform some gentle exercises which i'll teach you in the next session. Till then please modify your life style. Thanks.
