U must be consuming lots of oily and spicy food. It should be avoided. Wash your face 5-6 times in a day. Medicines like kali brom 200 will help you.

Hi, I am 23, female, I am having severe oily skin and severe acne problem since the last 3-4 years. All these acne have left scars on my face. I want to get rid of them without any laser treatment. My skin being very sensitive, I cannot apply many products or change from the ones that I am using. I recently came across an article on the benefits of natural oils. I have been using Grape seed oil as a night serum and I was able to get my oily skin under control, but want to get rid of the scars left by the acne.

Follow the tips 1. Cleanse your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. Take homoeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert.

Flat tummy tips 1. Change lifestyle In order to get your body flat life style should be changed. Long term sitting like watching TV, Video gaming should be changed. You should do your work in time intervals instead of working in same position for long intervals. 2. Zero Calories Take the things that are of Zero Calories. Water will be the best choice. Take abundant intake of water in a day with regular interval. It has no calories and it helps in burning calories. Extra deposition of fat will dissolve by abundant water intake. Make it your habit and see the results. 3. Drink Water Before Meal It is highly recommended you that don’t drink water after meal. Water should be drink before meal. Make it your habit. Because drinking after meal will slow down the digestion and cause increase in fat. 4. Walking Habit Walking is necessary for your better health and in reducing fat. Early morning walk is very effective. It gives a healthy effect on your skin and helps to loose your belly fat. Make habit of daily walk of 20 minutes and gradually increase it. You will loose sufficient amount of belly fat. 5. Avoid Easy Access If you are worry about your obesity then you will have to avoid the easy access of such items that can cause obesity. It includes chocolates, chips and fatty products. Do not store these things at home. The easy access of these things can cause obesity. 6. Exercise – Cardio and crunches Do cardio 15-20 mins a day, five days a week. Do crunches with an exercise ball. 10. Eat Attentively Always eat attentively. Eating should be done with out doing any work. Some people during eating watch TV and read magazine. This habit can lead towards the overeating. Make your habit to eat attentively in order to avoid overeating. Conclusion To be in a shape is a gradual process and any change will take time to show so please be patient. Follow my tips and you will soon be able to fit back into your favorite pair of jeans whilst remaining healthy and most importantly happy.

Hi, shampooing your hair everyday will not reduce your dandruff and hairfall at all instead it will worsen this problem. So reduce washing your hair 2times a week. First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night. Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. Don, t eat too spicy and oily food. Include salads in diet and fruits.

If it is true that, ?everywhere you go all you see is backstabbers, betrayal, and dishonesty, are you suggesting that you just discovered them? And have you just discovered that you are a ?failure in life, education, and relationships? Something went suddenly wrong. You are into your late adolescence, and may be a delayed adolescence too, that at this time the world may suddenly look bleak. This may be how you feel. The truth is that you are still young with a lot of possibilities in life. All this realizations must help you know what to do to reshape your outlook. So many great people have only become famous due to their ability to harness the gains from failure to support success. You can do it for sure, too. However, if you push ?everyone? away, you cannot succeed and may actively jeopardize your whole life. You can still pursue your studies, if you have done proper career guidance testing or aptitude testing. Failed relationships can be a bad body-blow during this time. Check out, if you have somehow been the cause. I strongly suspect that you may have a rejection issue which is precipitating all your woes. This may have some basis from your childhood and family of origin. Talk to a counselor and examine this possibility and get help to sort it out. If you need some understanding of that issue I could send you some information. But take life into your hands, and along with some assistance from a professional, a lot can still be achieved.

Abdominal crunches, yoga, swimming are some of exercise which you can start. Avoid red meat, fried junk and processed foods. Include fiber rich foods. Keep sipping water. Supplements like fiber can help you support in weight loss.
