Sir I am suffering from premature ejaculation so please suggest ayurvedic medicine.

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Sir I am suffering from premature ejaculation so please suggest ayurvedic medicine.
Premature ejaculation is an extremely common condition. Studies had stated that it affects as many as 75% of all men. In today’s context, premature ejaculation (PE) becomes especially relevant because of the increasing emphasis on female sexual gratification. Today’s woman will not take anything lying down unless it is good enough (pun intended, of course). However, premature ejaculation seems to be nature’s original design. The Karma Sutra has classified PE as one among many normal ejaculatory patterns. Ejaculate the semen before penetration. Not able to satisfy the partner. Desire in sex with lack of ejaculation and early semen ejaculation. Some person ejaculates the semen even when seeing or talking with ladies. Symptomatic homoepathic treatment cures premature ejaculation without side effects.

Sir I have allergy from sunlight and dust im feel very bad when I am in under sunlight.

B H M S, MD
Homeopath, Thrissur
When your body is sensitive to sunlight adn dust it will cause discomfort. In allergy which is a process when exposed to allergen your blood capillaies produce histamines which causes these discomforts. Allergens may vary from time to time but the process of allergy is with in you and its a hypersensitive response of the immune system seen in some indiividuals. You need to check your blood for AEC and igE and your altered immunity is due to your genetic make up. In homoeopathic approach your genetic make up is studied on consultation and a medicine to correct the imbalane in it is given to make a permanent cure of the complaint and remember not a relief which is time being.

Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people. Working with a registered dietitian and doctor is the key to develop and maintain a successful health program to manage it. I will inform you on how to make diet, lifestyle changes, make you understand instructions for taking medication because it won't work if you don't take it as directed. Consult privately for a holistic dietary therapy to solve your problems.

If this is the first episode of urine infection, then you don't need to worry much, in the form of protection, etc. If its happening repeatedly, you need evaluation in the form of partner evaluation (whether he is the source), presence of constipation, diabetes, etc. In that case you need to take care of what is called" post-coital prophylaxis" that is care after sexual intercourse, like local wash, urination, and antibiotics in severe cases.

Urinary Incontinence and How It Can Be Treated with Natural Remedies?

BAMS, MD (Panchkarma)
Ayurveda, Mumbai
Urinary Incontinence and How It Can Be Treated with Natural Remedies?

Urinary incontinence or the involuntary urination is a common and distressing problem, which may have a large impact on quality of life. The most common types of urinary incontinence in women are stress urinary incontinence and urge urinary incontinence. Women with both problems have mixed urinary incontinence. Stress urinary incontinence is caused by loss of support of the urethra which is usually a consequence of damage to pelvic support structures as a result of childbirth. It is characterized by leaking of small amounts of urine with activities which increase abdominal pressure such as coughing, sneezing and lifting.

Additionally, frequent exercise in high-impact activities can cause athletic incontinence to develop. Urge urinary incontinence is caused by uninhibited contractions of the detrusor muscle. It is characterized by leaking of large amounts of urine in association with insufficient warning to get to the bathroom in time.

How to diagnose urinary incontinence?

  1. Stress test: The patient relaxes, then coughs vigorously as the doctor watches for loss of urine.
  2. Urinalysis: Urine is tested for evidence of infection, urinary stones, or other contributing causes.
  3. Blood tests: Blood is taken, sent to a laboratory, and examined for substances related to causes of incontinence.
  4. Ultrasound: Sound waves are used to visualize the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.
  5. Cystoscopy: A thin tube with a tiny camera is inserted in the urethra and used to see the inside of the urethra and bladder.
  6. Urodynamic: Various techniques measure pressure in the bladder and the flow of urine.

Ayurvedic Management of Urinary Incontinence:
Ayurveda is a very effective natural treatment for Involuntary Urination. Medicines help to treat the root cause of disease. Ayurveda remedies are known to be perfectly safe and have been tried by thousands of patients all over the world bedwetting are perfectly safe. These natural remedies do not have any side effects at all.

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a ayurveda and ask a free question.

I am suffering in cold. So feeling very ill & lazy. What should I do. Help me & suggest medicines.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily
