1.Take Vitazyme syrup 2tsf twice daily after food 2. Take bland diet, dont take heavy meals 3. Take smaller meals and increase the frequency of meals 4. Take one tablet of Pan 40 in the morning before breakfast 5. Go for regular walk

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

I am getting tired even for small household things, and too much sleepy, how to handle this.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Are chicken eggs good or bad for my cholesterol?

Chicken eggs are high in cholesterol, but the effect of egg consumption on blood cholesterol is minimal when compared with the effect of trans fats and saturated fats.

The risk of heart disease may be more closely tied to the foods that accompany the eggs in a traditional American breakfast ? such as the sodium in the bacon, sausages and ham, and the saturated fat or oils with trans fats used to fry the eggs and the hash browns.

Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week with no increase in their risk of heart disease. Some studies have shown that this level of egg consumption may actually prevent some types of strokes.

But the story is different for people who have diabetes. In this ever-growing population, eating seven eggs a week significantly increases the risk of heart disease.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, one large egg has about 186 mg milligrams (mg) of cholesterol ? all of which is found in the yolk.

When deciding whether to include eggs in your diet, consider the recommended daily limits on cholesterol in your food:

If you are healthy, consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol a day.
If you have diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease, limit the daily cholesterol intake to no more than 200 mg a day.
If you like eggs but don't want the extra cholesterol, use only the egg whites. Egg whites contain no cholesterol. You may also use cholesterol-free egg substitutes, which are made with egg whites.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

Yes it is good for you Please Wake up early go for morning walk daily Do pranayam and yoga daily Avoid sugars only In fact you can take.... All vegetables regularly Take all fruits in small quantities regularly as vitamins minerals and fibres in them are good for health EXERCISES, WALK, PRANAYAM AND YOGA DAILY .... WILL KEEP YOU HEALTHY

Hi, Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit and not to look bulky like body builders. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Else go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks and do yoga. Aim is to be strong and healthy and fit. Ignore comments which people keep making. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hi To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.

U at least remove 1 hr for your food. 15 minutes for break fast, 20 minutes for lunch & 20 for dinner if you do this your health will remain good.

I am Type II patient for last 20+ years. I used to have actrapid which I have stopped and taking Diamicron 60 XR One Tab a day before lunch. I take Janumet 50/1000 twice a day. And Lantus 24 units before going to bed. The sugar checking is done every day (fasting as well as PP). The readings for the last one year ranges between 80 & 108 fasting. And the PP is between 138 to 160. I have been following a diet, a walk for 1 Kilometer & Yoga. My question is - How to completely stop the medicines (tablets + Lantus). I am 64 years old. Height 6'1" and weight 96 Kgs.

In ayurveda its called kashtsaadhya. You have to continue taking medicine to manage levels of sugar. The only difference between ayurvedic herbs and allopathic is that with former you will not get any side effects like neuropathy, retinopathy etc and if acquired already, it will start receding in 6-8 weeks. But you can't stop allopathy atonce. May gradually increase herbals and reduce allopathic. Initially parallels will have to be taken. Constant monitoring will educate you at what level balance of ayurveda or allopathy is to be kept. You will be the best judge. Parallel treatment with ayurveda will not harm you. No interaction ever. May be if it suits you, you may continue only herbals rest of your life with betterment. But it is easier said than done. Do patiently and adopt pranayam too.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Wear lumber spine belt. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Due to bone cutting there is pain and due to removal of tooth there is a hole. Kindly visit the dentist to look into the matter. Usually pain is there for 4-5 days to one week.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

1. Mix two teaspoons each of turmeric powder with pineapple juice to make a thick paste. 2. Apply this paste to the affected area. 3. Leave it on for about 10 minutes before wiping it away with a soft, damp cloth. 4. Do this daily until you get positive results.
