Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Im 18 years old. Im facing acidity or some people call it as gastric. Im facing this problem from past 3-4 years. It troubles me a lot. It troubles below the rib cage. I consulted many doctors. They gave some tablets or syrups etc. But it not fully recovered. It gets back well but it comes at least once in 3 months and stays for 1 whole week. I do not have any bad habits like smoking, consumption of alcohol etc. Please provide me with a very helpful answer.

This condition is most likely GERD/peptic ulcer disease. Please avoid stress, take proper sleep of 8 hrs, avoid heavy meals and spicy/oily food. Do not lie immediately after meals. Hello lybrate-user, this happens when you are not able to digest the food that you have eaten properly. You can take syp gelusil one tsp after the meals or you can take tablet rantac 150 mg one tablet before meals.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from the body.

Feeling bloated or acidic after a heavy meal can take away all the satisfaction the taste of food gave you. Indigestion and gas are some of the most common gastrointestinal problems faced by people around the world. In most cases, indigestion is a result of bad food choices and unhealthy lifestyles. Thus they can simply be relieved at home and do not necessarily need medication. Here are 4 easy steps to lower heartburn, gas and indigestion.

  1. Add more fiber to your food: Fiber is crucial to healthy digestion. It is easy to digest and help push waste out of the system by adding bulk. In this way, fiber helps detoxify the system as well. It also prevents diabetes, heart disease, hemorrhoids and other diseases. Add fiber to your diet in the form of whole grains, cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts and plenty of water. Ideally, a woman should have 25gms of fiber a day and men should have 38 grams of fiber a day.
  2. Healthy food eating habits: How you eat also makes a difference to your digestion. Instead of eating on the move, eat mindfully. Chew your food carefully to begin the digestive system. Eating smaller portions can also help improve stomach functioning. Avoid fast foods that are difficult to digest. Ensure that you do not eat anything for at least an hour before going to bed. Hi.. black spots and marks are very common after the continuous eruptions of acne. These scars can be faded or removed spontaneously with time but in few persons it can be matter of unease. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.
