Yoga for knee arthritis can help keep the knee some suppressing flexible so that you can use the knee for asking and sitting. The loss of cartilage however cannot be reversed as per the remedies available today. Take medicines as well to control inflammation. This will reduce swelling. If pain, stiffness and swelling persist consider Total Knee replacement surgery.

Hi, If you are wishing to loose your weight 10-15 kgs in a single month, it will not be advisable by any professional doctor. Loosing so much weight in a single month will disturb your metabolism and will have adverse effect on your liver, pancrease, kidneys etc vital organs. So don,t be panic weight loss is really possible with your patience. I would recommend 2-3 kgs weight loss per month Thank you

Best medication for asthma is to use inhalers. Inhalers are absorbed in negligible amounts in the body hence they hardly have any side effects. The usual side effects seen is sore throat and occasionally tremors.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. Hello, Stay motivated and be content with whatever you lose at the end of 3 months. It is surely a permanent change which you need to bring about in your lifestyle and dietary habits. Start exercising regularly, atleast 5 times, a week. Eat homecooked meals with minimal oil, sugar and salt usage. Say no to alcohol, junk, smoking, bakery products. Be patient and work hard.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, so the chances are very very slim to grow further! But then as well, you can try homoeopathic medicines as it doesn't has much side-effects! Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! Apart from these: -Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back.

Hi lybrate-user don't worry. Some time it happens but your hunger will improve by doing following things. Take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

No pill is required try to built your stamina'sexual stamina can be developed, means to tolerate sexual stimulation and not getting climax. It can be achived by learning your threshold. Please see a dermatologist for proper examination and diagnosis of the affected area. HHfudic cream cannot be used continuously on face as it is a steroid and can produce side effects.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration (making of new skin) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily. It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. You can drink a glass of carrot juice daily. * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily. It contains vitamin C good for your skin. * Drink a glass of milk with one teaspoon of MALTOVA POWDER daily at night. * Do jogging for 5 minutes daily. Increase the time of jogging daily with one to two minutes. It increase circulation and flow more blood towards the pores and make them heal earlier. * Do neck massage with oil in upward motion. * For apply on pores do these methods on your face so do this method stepwise: • Steam your face for 3 to 4 minutes.
