Pimples in face nd dark marks nd oil face. What is the correct treatment for this. Please make it for me.
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

You may be able to put much weight by consuming more calories, but it'll take time to make significant changes in your appearance. Consume a greater number of calories than you burn to put on the weight. Don't assume you should be a couch potato to burn fewer calories and make weight gain possible, either. Modest amounts of healthy exercise help you develop muscle mass in the long term and stimulate your appetite so you can eat more.Add Extra Calories to Meals. Hair growth is genetic. If you are suffering from hair fall, this could be due to your genes. But you can always control hair fall at home. After gym, wash your hair with mild shampoo. Sweating closes the pores in skin and head along with dirt. Hair fall is one of the results of it. 1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

All You Need To Know about Night Fall

All You Need To Know about Night Fall

Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence in men, especially in adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation of semen while sleeping at night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem can sometimes become frustrating for young men because they fail to understand the reason for it and cannot discuss it with their parents or peers out of shame. The frequency of these nocturnal ejaculations may vary from person to person. Some people only experience it in their adolescent years and some people experience it throughout their lives. Frequent night falls can cause laziness, lesser sensation in the genital regions, burning sensation after urination and low libido.

What are the causes?
Night fall is common at a young age when a man abstains from sex. But if they persist and become more frequent, they can create adverse effects upon the body. The major causes are stated below
1. Weak nerves, congested prostate gland and inability to control emotions are considered as primary causes of frequent night fall
2. Males having sex or performing self-stimulation frequently can become prone to night fall
3. Side effects of medicines like tranquilizers, high blood pressure medicines, sedatives etc. can also increase the frequency of night falls
4. Lethargic lifestyle, diabetes, obesity, long sitting hours, low libido, stress, anxiety and depression affect the balance of hormones, weakening the nerves and causing night fall

How can it be controlled?
1. Exercises and jogging keep the body fit and taking a bath before sleeping relaxes the mind and aids in sleeping, therefore reducing the possibility of night fall
2. Urination right before going to bed can help in preventing nightfall
3. Having yogurt twice or thrice a day can reduce the chances of getting wet dreams
4. Refraining from watching porn or sexually explicit visuals before going to bed will keep nightfall at bay
5. Reading books before going to sleep can reduce the possibility of getting wet dreams. However, a book dealing with sensuous themes can make it worse. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

During the late adolescence, serious issues that need resolution will come up for the last time. It appears that that was not adequately sorted out. In the transition from childhood to adulthood, many complications may arise which were not addressed. I recommend that you take him to a counselor, where he may open up more easily as compared to his own parent. If the counselor advises that you consult a doctor, then it may be really serious and he needs some medical intervention. Do not discontinue the counseling until he is fully sorted out. Also make sure that he complies with the prescription throughout. The counselor will want to know his complete developmental history from his grandparents onward; and so will the doctor. Your wife will also remember a lot of things to contribute to identify causes.

The symptoms of acid reflux, including chest pain and heartburn, may ease considerably as you straighten your body to a sitting or standing position. Bending and lying down can make GERD symptoms and discomfort worse, particularly right after eating. Cardiac chest pain continues to hurt, regardless your body position. ECG is the primary test to differentiate heart pain and other tests may be done if it is cardiac.

I am 24 years old. I overeat at meals, but I can't help it. If I limit my portions, I'm hungry an hour later. How can...
Hi lybrate-user, you are doing good in controlling portions and there's no harm in frequent eating or eating small portions at short interval of time. The need is to choose healthy options. You can binge on healthy roasted snacks/namkeen/makhana/fruits/salads/any clear soup/fresh seasonal juice/herbal juices/coconut water. 2) another option is to drink water before meals. That will help you in overeating. 3) you can also split your meals like if you are suppose to eat chapaties with veg+dal+curd+slaads. So do not all of these together. You can eat a bowl of salads first, after some time chapati with veg, then a bowl of dal and after half an hr curd. In this way you will never feel hungry and of course no overeating too.

Age 44 years. I am overweight and need to reduce my belly on priority. I have to travel as my job needs travelling and eat outside mostly. Avoid fast foods strictly but drink sometimes. Please advise on how to shed weight.

MD, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

I have specialised medicine prepared for fat loss. It reduces belly as well. It works by converting extra fat to glucose and ensures complete consumption of glucose thereby giving you proper fat loss and natural shape correction. With this medicine, you can lose up to 5 kg per month. If you are interested in this treatment, kindly let me know Detailed mechanism of action This medicine locates extra fat, transports it to liver. This step gives you inches loss or figure correction. In the next step, the fat is converted to glucose, at this step, your apetite is reduced as your requirements of glucose are fulfilled out of extra fat. This way, dieting becomes very easy. In the next step glucose is utilised in cells as this medicine transports glucose and oxygen inside cell wall where with the help of mitochondria, the glucose is converted to Water and carbon dioxide. The water evaporates through sweat or urine and carbon dioxide is expelled through respiration. This is how fat vanishes and we get weight loss and shape correction. Busting Myths Of Female Orgasm

Busting Myths Of Female Orgasm

Hordes of men are oblivious to the various ways they can help their companions achieve an orgasm. Many are unaware about the differences in mechanism between male and female orgasm and thus they tend to entertain certain preconceived notions about female sexuality. This adds to the confusion. Moreover, owing to a high amount of misinformation among the general public, certain myths have become prominent facts.

The following are the five common myths about female sexuality:

Myth 1: Sex always ends with orgasm
A common misconception is that the final product of intercourse is always orgasms. This has been proved somewhat otherwise by a study which concluded that only 30% of women are able to achieve orgasm from intercourse alone. Most women require further clitoral stimulation to reach climax.

Myth 2: Law of equals
Contrary to popular stance, not all sex positions are made equal. Some positions such as woman-on-top and doggy style are more likely to lead to orgasms in women, as they are created to provide greater clitoral stimulation.

Myth 3: Multiple orgasms are easy
Women are favored in this respect. They have the ability to achieve multiple orgasm but that doesn't necessarily mean that all women have them and that too effortlessly. Don't let the movies fool you. As even for those who do experience that, it is not a regular occurring.

Myth 4: Protection protects you from having good sex
This is a completely incorrect maxim. That is because safe sex prevents you from worrying about pregnancies and STDs and facilitates greater attention to your partner. In addition, nowadays ribbed condoms are available which provide extra pleasure during intercourse.

Myth 5: Penetration is the key to orgasm in women
A study found that only 25% of its test subjects claimed to achieve orgasm by penetration alone. Even so, this number seems high, as it is likely that those women who achieved orgasm through penetration may have had some form of clitoral stimulation while at it.

How to Manage Oily SKin

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
How to Manage Oily SKin

Oily skin can be a pain to deal. The accumulation of excess oil on the outer skin layer often leads to whiteheads, blackheads, blind pimples and other skin irritations. The excess oil results from the sebaceous glands in the skin producing excess sebum. Those who have this condition usually have shiny skin and large pores.

Oily skin can be caused by genetics, dietary choices, too much stress or hormone changes in the body due to puberty. Women also are more prone to oily skin during menstrual cycles, pregnancy, or menopause and while taking birth control pills.

Methods:

1. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle face cleanser.

2. Use oil-free moisturizers and oil-free sunscreen.

3. Eat spicy foods no more than once a week.

4. Eat carrots, spinach, avocado.

5. Exfoliate once a week.

Home Remedies:

1. Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin c content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne-prone skin. Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil.

Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.

Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.

Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer.

2. Apples: Apples work as a great exfoliating agent and they have mild antiseptic, astringent, and soothing properties that make them a great home remedy for oily skin. The malic acid in apples helps exfoliate dead skin cells and absorbs excess oil from the skin’s surface.

Grate half an apple and place the shreds on your skin. Leave it on the skin for 15 minutes and then wash it off with tepid water.

Mix one teaspoon each of grated apple, yogurt and lemon juice to form a smooth paste. Apply it all over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse your face with cool water.

3. Egg whites: High in vitamin a, egg whites can effectively dry out skin blemishes as well as tone and tighten up oily skin.

Whip one egg white until stiff and spread it on your skin. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with warm water. Do this twice a week.

Whip one egg white, add the juice from half a lemon and mix it well. Apply the mixture on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. This will tighten the skin and soak up excess oil.

4. Use clay mask

5. Multani mitti or fuller’s earth: Multani mitti is the best face pack for people with oily skin. The magnesium chloride present in it drags out the dirt and oil present in the skin pores which prevents acne and blackheads.

Mix rosewater or plain water into 3 tablespoons of fuller’s earth to make a paste.

Apply to face, leave on 20 minutes.

Rinse with water.

Repeat once a week.

6. Cornstarch: Cornstarch dries up excess oil, leaving skin soft and clear.

Mix 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch with warm water to make a paste.

Apply to face and leave on until dry.

Rinse with lukewarm water,

Repeat daily.

7. Facial steam helps in unclogging the pores and removes the dirt trapped in them and evaporates the oil on the skin. Before taking a facial steam, remove the any cream or makeup or else it can cause skin irritation. Just 5 minute facial steaming is enough.

For better result consult me.

Healthy Diet: While trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.
