I am an intermediate runner and will run an average of 15-20 Km a week. From past one month I am experiencing a slight pain in the lower part of right knee. I changed my running shoes the pain and now I am not experiencing any pain during running but have slight sensation of pain after the run. Please advice me.

This could be due to excessive strain on your knee cartilage due to running. Get checked by an orthopaedic surgeon nearby and start cartilage protective medicines. Physiotherapy will be helpful.

I am having right leg muscle pain, after walking. 0.5 KM's.pain subsidies if you break the walking a few minutes & taking rest for few seconds. Then you can walk again. No.problem. HV B.p. Sugar etc.

Hi, pain is because of weak muscles. So you do leg muscles strengthening exercise daily. your pain will be reduced. Have a doubt consult or chat with me.

Sir your muscle pain could arise due to low vitamin d or b12 or elevated uric acid, so get your vitamin d3, vitamin b12 and uric acid levels and revert back with reports.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4. Take one capsule of polybion daily for few days 5. If no relief, consult me for further advice

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
