Hi, i have a question that my both hand vibrating very badly. When I picked something in my hand then my hand not stable even if it is light in weight. Please help me in proper direction.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then massage it and give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid tea coffee. Fermented food. Junk food. Spicy food. Do exercises and pranayama early morning. Avoil alcohol consumption.

This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency Sleep on a hard bed. Use no pillow under the head. Any way Take CALDIKIND PLUS 1 tab daily for 10days Paracetamol 250mg TDS x 3 days Contact me after that. Continue with Thyroid medicines. Loose some weight. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 3. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

* first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya for fast relief.

i am suffering from Achilles Heel for last 3 years tried everything. i am sports person play state level badminton. Suggest remedy do all stretches consulted sports dr, ortho everybody but it does not get cured. I continue playing practice with it. I had rested for 3 months but nothing improved. you should just try one massage therapy for releasing your calf muscle. It must be becouse of calf musce tightness also.everybody got confuse sometime you feel pain achilles tendon and treat that part only..I saw lots cases like you .just realse calf muscle achilles pain gone..so just try for that..and let me answer after that

Her head is spinning every time since last 2 days when she starts continuing this medicines. She is diabetic. Due to joint, heel pain nd diabetes doctor has prescribed these. Tell me if anything wrong wth this medicine or give some advice. When the sugar level was around 170 (fasting) her head was not spinning. Nw frm 2 days its happening.

If she is taking diabetic medication without having food or reduce quantity from regular intake it may end up in low sugar which may create such head spinning. So ask her to avoid taking low amount of food or skipping food. Joint pain is common in diabetic regular exercise and walking will help.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

It may be muscle spasm. Take rest for couple of days. Use firm bed. Do not bend forward. Use hot bags. If pain still persists, you will need some medicines and physiotherapy modalities to relieve pain.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. This type of periscapular pain is very common and could be fibromyalgia. If there is no swelling or any other s/s of inflammation, I would advise you to undergo: - intensive physical therapy for strengthening of your periscapular muscles - adequate calcium and vitamin d intake which is important - a short course of gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can also be initiated along with physical therapy - hot water fomentation at home and application of analgesic spray like dynapar qps spray for local application can be done after fomentation. But your mainstay of management will remain intensive physical therapy, so try to find out a good rehab & physical therapy center at your place. Improve your posture. avoid forward bending. use hard bed to lie. start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and back exercises. For detailed information about exercises please refer my health tips.
