Hello dear Lybrate user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Here are some best working tips for your query. Do not opt for fake advertisements claiming capsules and tablets for penile strength, prolonging sex & making patients fool. Certain molecules which are having results are also not without side effects some of which are very serious as chest pain, heart rate disturbances or else ; so without consultation of urologist, not advisable to consume. Provide enough time in foreplay, after play. Consume plenty of liquids. Balanced nutritious diet intake with enough iron, vitamins, minerals, proteins.Regular walking in fresh air, exercises, relaxation techniques, YOGA help great in creating self confidence. Avoid stress, anxiety.Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours. Cut off use of mobile, internet in bedroom. Discuss with the partner regarding her likes and dislikes with love. Keep your blood sugar, cholesterol levels, body weight under control. Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming. Consider sex as an art rather than just act of finishing ejaculation. Plan sudden surprises as uninformed leave from job coming home, candle light dinner, surprise gift, outing, variations in sex acts which matters a lot. Consult later your urologist as per the requirement. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you best sex life ahead. What is the perfect treatment for diabetes? How to control it? Maximum Indian are diabetics patient here. Thank you.
Dear Mr Rohit.....You must have heard the saying PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE....That proverb is exactly related to Diabetes.Once you are diagnosed with diabetes then be sure to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and take medicines for the rest of life....If you can maintain your diet and walk for at least 1 hour a day then may be your blood sugar level normal, but it will always tend to rise....If you are suffering from diabetes then your first priority should be not to higher your blood sugar level.....If your blood sugar level gets rising continously then you may turn into an INSULIN DEPENDANT DIABETIC patient.....in that case you have to take Insulin hormane daily from external means.....So, I would advise to maintain a carbohydrate-less diet and a walk for 1 hour daily in case you are diagnosed with diabetes

long hrs of fasting reduces sugar in the blood causing those symptoms of hypoglycemia . Take low glycemic index food every 5 to 6 hrs which has slow carbogydrate release . high glycemic index food can be taken when hypoglycemia occurs .

Diabetes affects all organs in the body ? Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose ? SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance... if you keep in touch.

Age 37 years old. In my cbc report (ESR) 36 mm/hr & Hemoglobin is 8.4 gm. Pls advise.

Age 37 years old. In my cbc report (ESR) 36 mm/hr & Hemoglobin is 8.4 gm. Pls advise.
There are multiple reasons of anemia like loss of blood in any discharge, inability of body to form new blood, life span of red blood cells is reduced, etc. So the cause needs to be diagnosed first. 1. Eat Iron-Rich Foods - Some good iron-based foods are liver, red meat, tofu, spinach, almonds, dates, lentils, fortified breakfast cereals, almonds 2. Increase Vitamin C Intake - Low hemoglobin levels due to a deficiency of vitamin C can be corrected by eating more foods rich in vitamin C. Iron cannot be fully absorbed by the body without the help of this vitamin. Eat foods rich in vitamin C like papaya, oranges, lemon, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit, tomatoes and spinach. 3. Take Folic Acid - Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells. So, a folic acid deficiency automatically leads to a low hemoglobin level. Some good food sources of folic acid are green leafy vegetables, rice, sprouts, dried beans, wheat germ, fortified cereals, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and liver. 4. Beetroots - Beetroot is highly recommended to increase hemoglobin levels. It is high in iron, folic acid as well as fiber and potassium. Its nutritional value helps increase the body’s red blood cell count 5. Apples - An apple a day can help maintain a normal hemoglobin level. Apples are rich in iron along with various other health-friendly components that are required for a healthy hemoglobin count. For homeopathic medicine, contact us.
