Im 32 year old unmarried boy .i do masturbation alternate ?is it ok ? Is any sideeffect? Pls .suggest?
Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc).

Know Your Sugar Levels

Know Your Sugar Levels

Diabetes and wellness

Know your blood sugar levels if you are diabetic or if you are living with diabetics

In the 1950s, the method a person used to check blood glucose levels was to drop a reagent tablet into a small test tube containing a few drops of urine mixed with water.

The 1970s and 1980s marked are a turning point in the treatment of diabetes. Innovations such as blood glucose readers and strips measuring blood glucose (sugar) levels gave patients and doctors good tool to measure diabetes.

A) diabeties is diagnosed when the fasting plasma glucose is ≥ 126 mg/dl or random blood glucose ≥ 200 mg/dl b) prediabetes is diagnosed when value of fasting blood glucose 110 – 125 mg/dl and 2 hr post prandial sugars between 140 to 199 mg /dl.

  •  Hba1c
  • Normal range: 4.5 – 5.6%
  • Prediabetes range: 5.7 – 6.4%
  • Diabetic range: ≥ 6.5%
  • Glycated hemoglobin (hba1c) is a form of hemoglobin that is measured primarily to identify the three-month average plasma glucose concentration.

For newly diagnosed patients of diabetes, hba1c test has to be done along with fasting and postprandial sugar before starting treatment and it has to be repeated once in 3 months.

Many people are not aware of hba1c test. Once diabetic, this test has to be done every 3 months and it has to be done in standardised laboratory for accuracy.

Now a days urine sugar testing has no importance. It is not considered in diagnosis or follow up of diabetes.
Avoid testing urine sugar for follow up with doctor.

How frequently to check blood sugar?
Checking blood sugar depends on the severity of diabetes.
I suggest to check fasting sugar, 2 hrs post breakfast and predinner sugar with glucometer at home once a week.

  • If diabetes is well controlled, follow up with the doctor once in 3 month with fbs/ppbs and hba1c report.
  • If sugars are moderately controlled and on insulin, follow up with doctor atleast once in 2 months.
  • If blood sugars are erratic and not in control, once a month consultation is necessary.
  • Remember hba1c testing has to be done only once in 3 months.

Whenever I sleep UNDER a fan or NEAR an AC, my nose gets stuffy the next morning. And I sneeze all day. Does this needs treatment? Also I am allergic to dust.

MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Aurangabad
Household dust is a mixture of many materials. Dust may contain tiny fibers shed from different fabrics as well as tiny particles of food, plant and insect parts, mold and fungus spores, dander from pet dogs or cats, or feathers from birds. Dust also contains many microscopic mites and their waste products. The waste products of dust mites — not the mites themselves — are what cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Throughout its short life span, a single dust mite may produce as much as 200 times its body weight in waste products. Dust mite waste contains a protein that is an allergen. An allergen is a substance that provokes an allergic reaction. Homoeopathy can cure such allergy.

Is there any side effects of copper t and want to take any precautions while intercourse.?
Sometimes there is occasional pain. You don't need precaution during intercourse. But must check the thread inside vagina by finger after each period and even in between.

I suffer from unknown stress. Don't know what is the reason. Is this less sleep exam tension. J m student.

I suffer from unknown stress. Don't know what is the reason. Is this less sleep exam tension. J m student.
At your age, this is an indication that there may be more than less-sleep as a factor. I suggest you meet with a counselor and examine your childhood developmental milestones to see if there was any problem there. Feelings without reason suggest that there is a deep-rooted issue. It is most likely fear related. If you deal with it now, the prognosis will be good.
