Hello lybrate user do regular stretching exercises of legs and back with best advice of well experienced physiotherapist. Hot formentation before exs yo relax the muscle. Add high fiber diet in schedule and fresh fruit juice too.

Shoulder advice. Hot fomentation. Gentle shoulder stretching. Core strengthening exercises. Gentle neck exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.

It may not be a major issue... just soft cartilages.. by which the ribs attaches to the sternum... If she does not have any symptoms or complaints then you should not worry much.. You may start giving her multivitamin and multimineral tablet (I advise Amway Nutrilite Daily to my patients).

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Inform after 10 days.

Hello. This type of pain is very common and it is because of weakness of hamstring muscles. To strengthen that consult to physiotherapist. As well as have calcium supplements.

Its could be due to decayed tooth. You need to get a radiograph done to ascertain the extent of decay.

I am 20 year male. For last two week, my neck is pain too much and I sleep two late. Please help me to overcome it. And give some tips.

You neck pain causes could likely be: 1> Poor Posture - during sleep /during work 2> Muscle strain. Treatment: * Give your muscles a break - When you lie down, Make sure your head in a neutral position and that you’ve got a comfortable pillow. More rest is often the best remedy even if you just rolled out of bed. * Avoid activities such as lifting and sports that make pain worse. * Do stretching and strengthening exercises to keep your neck flexible and strong and prevent stiffness. * Avoid or change any activities that may be causing your neck pain, such as sitting for a long time at the computer or doing too much overhead work at a time. * Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. NOTE: In case you smoke then - Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair.

sir u r suffering from plantar fasciaitis. wear soft soles high heel slipper do contrast bath for heels. take good anti inflammatory medicine for pain. if pain doesn't improve get x-ray both ankles lateral view.

Dear Suryank I'm Dr Prashant Parate, Shoulder and Knee Surgeon, sports injuries Specialist. I would like to tell you that if you properly do exercises and running, use good quality shoes and change them frequently as advised by guidelines, run on proper surfaces and not on tar roads, then your joints will get in good shape.

Hello Lybrate uses .u haven't got any relief by medicine because reason behind might be your posture, your type of job in bad posture .improve your posture, sit and stand straight, keep a pillow behind your lower back and chair in order to support lower back and keep back straight n maintain that lordotic. Curve of spine .do regular breaks in between work .do stretching exercise in breaks. Also can apply ice packs locally. If further help required .do visit a qualified physiotherapist near by you, he will explain all things. Regards & thanks.

There are not diet restrictions for a patient of Rheumatoid arthritis. She can eat anything and everything. Concept of diet restriction in RA is a myth.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. You can try taking calcium & vit d tablets for the same. Try a pain killer for the time being along with calcium & vit d. Once the pain has settled continue with calcum & vit d.

Hi. Backpain is a common problem. It is mainly due to bad posture and activities like bad reading position, bad chairs n bad bed etc. Stand n walk upright without stooping. Sit in a proper chair. Take 5-10 min breaks every 2 hrs. Sleep on a flat bed. Do exercise daily. While sleeping keep a rolled towel under your knees. Back pain gets relieved by lifestyle modifications. Do back strengthening exercises. Thank you.
