Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I fell down in the bathroom and got injury of my waist. When I got my X-ray down the results showed that there is a very minute crack (less than the thickness of hair. So what should I do? Can this crack be healed without plaster with the help of medicines? If yes then please suggest me.

Even if hairline fracture or a sift tissue injury. .it is always advisable to have a plaster support.

Hi, if the problem lies in the inner ear, the only solution is to wear a hearing aid according to your audiogram. If Dr. Suggests you to wear a aid, so do the same.

Follow these usefultips for knee pain relief: * first check out your bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * do not do heavyleg exercises like running. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Probably you have congenital or infantile hemiparesis, or maybe hemiparetic type of cerebral palsy. If such is the case, exercise and physiotherapy are of utmost importance. If muscle spasm is too much, centrally acting muscle relaxants are needed.

I am 21 years old male, I am suffering from back pain since last week .the pain comes backside of abdomen above hip. The pain occurs when bending forward and backwards. A small stone in my kidney was formed two months ago ,i have not removed the stone yet. Is that a reason for back pain or any other reason. Shoulder pain in this age group is usually due to impingement syndrome. You need to strengthen your shoulder muscles and scapular stabilisation exercises should be done.
