Hi lybrate-user Firstly apply a good sunscreen on your face daily before going out, this will prevent you from exposure to sun's rays. Secondly apply a mixture of besan+curd+lemon and turmeric on your skin twice a week. This will help brighten your complexion and remove the tan. Takecare.

Weight gain is reason for irregular menses in many pts so take measures for extra weight loss Regular proper exercise will be very benifical Avoid heavy digested food Late night eating Day time sleeping after meals Do not drink too much water at a time Take water sip by sip Do not drinks too much water just after meals In periods follow paricharya Heavy food heavy work bathing needs to be avoided in peroids Take rest in 3-4 days of menses Hot til massage before bath will be benificial.

*do daily exercise regularly or walking 3-4 km or yoga daily. *engage yourself in pleasurable exercise like fast walking or jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobic exercises, dancing, any outdoor games, as per physician advise. *eat low calorie diet, low fat. *avoid junk food. *don't eat two big meals. Take frequent & small meals.

I am having some sort of psychiatric problem because of which I am having problems in life. Whenever I see something or somebody's behavior which I feel inappropriate I start developing thinking it will happen in my life also something bad because of bad people. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take berberis aquafolium Q, (wsi) 10 drops mixed with half cup of water, twice a day. 3.Acne aid tablets(bakson),1-1 tab. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea.

Hi , you have not given full details, let me know- 1. Was the growth normal before 2 weeks? 2. Do you have dry skin? 3. Do you have dandruff? 4. Have you history of any serious illness. 5. Do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. 6. Is it hereditary in your family? we have good homoeo treatment-the treatment is very much dependent on your age and detailed description of your complaints- you may opt for private consultation giving detailed information. In the meanwhile, please start taking the following medicines-. 1. Natrum mur 6x----4 tabs twice daily 2. Calcaria fluor 6x---- 4 tabs twice daily 3. Hello lybrate-user before going to treatment details first find the cause and try to avoid it. Weight reduction is a slow procedure. If you have lower abdomen try doing cross trainer, leg lifts to tighten the muscles. Focus on eating nuts, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, ginger, turmeric, carrit and oranges. Plan atleast 5-6 meals in a day. Drink ample amount of water. Aim atleast 3 lit per day.

You are seriously addicted to these games and need help to get out of this habit. There is nothing wrong with these modern gadgets and the tremendous uses they can be put to. But to be completely absorbed in the activity without concern for food, sleep, studies and social contact is going beyond the limit. It is become both compulsive and obsessive. When using the tablet you should also bring in some basic rules and conditions. If you failed to comply, you should give up the item. Now however you are much into it and will react badly but it does not matter. You must set some rules with your parents about the use of the tablet. Here is what you need to do: First, talk to counselor to dissuade you from this extensive use of the games. Then, frame some rules of engagement with the tablet and it can be withdrawn, if you don’t follow some timings, proper eating habits, going to work, and sleeping at night. If you comply, well and good. If not, all the bill and internet can be cut. If that does not work, then just give away the phone to yoru dad and let him give it to you at set times during the day, only. Then, the tablet can be completely confiscated. Another way is to do some chores for the family that will take you away from the tablet for brief moments. You could also live with a relative in a remote place, if you have someone there, and leave the tablet at home during that trip. You must learn other ways of self-control and keep yourself busy with people and activities that will engage you and make life interesting.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

With the hard sea water in middle east usually scalp goes dry and scaly,oily scalp could be due to some other conditions like a tendency,or a skin makeup,oily food intake and other reasons. Decrease the oil intake,rely more on fruits and fresh vegetables.

Focus on exercising everyday as it is one of the best stress busters and will relax you and elevate your mood. Eating a healthy food is also important as it will support you physically and mentally by providing all the nutrients required. Avoid or minimize all types of stimulants (tea /coffee etc ). Try to share your thoughts with people who are close to you (like friends and family ). Indulge in some creative activity (any hobby) so that you feel good about being your natural self. Take the help of a professional (counselors / psychiatrist) if needed.

Hello, It's very normal to gain weight with a sedentary lifestyle! Because we keep on taking the calories, but are not able to burn those calories and thus keeps starting accumulated in body and we put on weight. It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
