Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Sir/Madam, I am 48 male. Weight 80 k.g.Working in Govt Office 10 am to 5 pm. Daily walking 4 to 5 k.m.Suffering from mild pain in the middle of back bone and some times in the waist since 2/3 days. Uric acid is normal. Since three years also suffering from mild pain in left low abdomen. MRI, Endoscopy report says ok. Ultrasound report says B/L nephrolithiasis & renal cyst of right side. Regularly taking medicine Olmezest AM 40 for B.P. Please advice me.

Body weight is a factor use choamote use soft sole good shoe or sports shoe if the sole when damaged change it or inner sole inside the shoe take IFT over both knee joints @ 10 min x 10 days in a month x 4/5 months use Lumbar spine good quality brace take IFT over pelvic region @10 min x 10 days in a month do spinal extension exercise daily ok ok.

Kbhi kbhi back ke sath cene me bh drd hota h.

Hi lybrate-user. You seem to have sprained your back muscles and you might also have some chest injury due to which you are having chest pain. Due to the injury the back muscles go into a spasm. You should consult a orthopaedician. You will be fine with some muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory medications.

Hi take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner....take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day......and pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day..avoid spicy food and non vegetarian...

Hi, My hemoglobin level is very much fine. I want to donate blood but 25 sep is my periods date. Blood donation camp's date is on 21 sep. So can I donate blood? Or it will be harmful?

Blood donation is a good thing but be careful of the instruments used while donating blood. Always donate blood at a good hygienic centre. Yes you may donate blood on 21st. There is no need to worry. Take full diet and more of liquids from today onwards.

In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

You can do it right now. If your cycle is regular urine test will be positive on the day of missed period. It.
