I am fat but I workout everyday I lose weight but my size doesn't reduce please advise.
Exercise is very good for health but it may not very effective for many people in reducing weight or waist. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. It is good that you are doing regular exercise. It will increase your fitness but as you are experiencing, it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi, chickoo,sapota, seethaphal jack fruit,grape etc. can have fruits like guava, pineapple,papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate

Yes, if not regularised, it will be difficult to concieve, have ashok compound 3 tsf bd for 3 months & after regular periods, think about conception.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, 4 to 5 days I was not able to have my food properly. When I taking food I feel full tired and I feel hungry before I am taking food later when I sit to have I can have only little immediately I get full tried and uncomfortable in stomach. Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - one dose for pain when required.

Do stretching exercise of spine and legs and hot fermentation twice a day tk muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for 5 days and after relief start stretching exercise in daily routine.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I am sure you are aware that sugar and jaggery both are made from the sugar cane juice. If so then what can be the difference? Only advantage of jaggery is that it has some more vitamins and a few anti-oxidants. But both get converted to glucose, Both are only sucrose, so they get rapidly converted to glucose. Thanks.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months and in between can take syp cital two tsp mixed with a glass of water

Hi, any kind of obsession is not good for your health! Whether it's eating, drinking, masturbating! If it's slight, then it's ok! But it should be to that extent so that it starts interfering in your daily life's activity! Do yoga, meditation for making your mind calm, focussed on your career!

I am 23 years old I am married I am suffering from vaginal itching and rashes b urning, redness, and swelling of the vagina and the vulvaPain when you urinate ,burning severe and vaginal lips I got a pimples like cyst. Daily I did not go for motion .when I take tablet that day I went motion.

U seem to be suffering from urinary infection as well as vaginal and vulval infection. Pimples like cysts can be due to sexually transmitted infection too. U need to be examined by a gynaecologist and started on antibiotics and other medications. Get a urine culture test done. For constipation increase your fibre and fluid intake. I want to lose my weight but to workout properly hence to maintain diet am feeling so sick and eating more even I will not get proper food to eat as prefer street food due to my job. Henceforth I request you to suggest me with any energy drinks/medicines so I can eat less but I shouldn't feel sick Please note: I don't have any bad habits but few months back I used to smoke occasionally.

Lybrate-userboth things are important for weight control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.

Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.
