Hello- These tips can help you,so be confident and try to follow. 1. Thank all your customers for their business, and mean it This is pretty straight forward. Be thankful for your customers continued support and business. Without their purchases and repeat purchases, you wouldn’t be receiving your paycheck. Saying thank you goes a long way to showing you appreciate your customers. And… an appreciated customer is a happy customer. 2. Go out of your way to help your customers Jeffery mentions in his book that customer service should be renamed to customer help. If every time you interacted with a customer and you thought help rather than service, I can guarantee your customers would have had a better experience. Try going out your way to help your customers. You will be surprised how thankful they will be for your extra help, not to mention the customer loyalty it will build. 3. Try to impress your customers, like you want a raise Remember every time you tried to impress your boss by going out your way for something, or making sure you met some deadlines that seemed out of reach? Well… try doing that for your customers. Act like your customers are your boss, and do everything you can to impress them as if you wanted a raise. 4. What exactly is a spine block injection? Will it work long-term for low back pain due to disc problems?
Spine block injections are injections of pain relieving medicine cocktail given around spinal nerves by different routes most commonly caudal. Medicines are injected in epidural space. These injections are helpful in neuritic type of pain. Long term relief can be seen in patients if there is not severe root compression. Transforaminal route offers best results in unilateral radicular pain.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. One can gain weight but results would not be favorable at all. These things may lead to low metabolism, weak digestion system, apart from that high blood pressure, high sugar and other heart related issues may occur. So this is not at all a good way to gain weight common issues due to being under-weight are: ? Bone loss ? Heart problems ? Infertility ? Anaemia and ? Weak immune system According to Ayurveda following are the foods which are very helpful in weight gain: ? Figs (Anjeer) ? Raisin (Kishmish) ? Ashwagandha powder ? Shtaravi powder ? I am losing my body weight and tried some method but not get result. So how gain a body weight.
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I had my periods around 10-13 May, 2016 and had protected sex on the 29th May, 2016. I took a pregnancy test on 14th June which was a negative and then had my periods the next day, on the 15th and it lasted for around 3 days. Is there any chances of it being implantation bleeding? I had cramps and bloating around the 23rd - 30th of June, and took a pregnancy test on 28th of june which was negative. I took another pregnancy test on the 1st of July, 2016 which was again negative. It is 15th today and I still have not got my periods and I have very scanty white discharge and slight cramps. Is there a possibility of me being pregnant? Also I took an ultrasound on the 4th of July. The doctor said my uterus was normal. I am getting so paranoid. Please help.

Hello, the period you had in june seems like a normal period. The chance of a pregnancy in a month is only about 20-30% so do not stress out abt it. It may take a while to get pregnant! do a pregnancy test only wen your periods are delayed and not thru out the cycle. There are a few hormonal changes that occur normally with each menstrual cycle like bloating etc. In case of further queries I wud be happy to help.

Hi, all these are small stones which can be effectively treated with medicines. Vuj is the junction between ureter and bladder. This stone is treated with a group of drugs called alpha blockers and the kidney stones can be treated with drugs to reduce calcium and uric acid and increase potassium & citrate in urine. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils 9. Improving complexion 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. 8. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. It is necessary to improve the circulation to our eyes and the optic nerves to keep them healthy, as they are constantly at work.Here’s what you can do to improve eyesight naturally: 1.Stimulate your eye muscles -- On waking up, wash your face with water (preferably cool or a little cold water). Then fill your mouth with water, close your eyes and splash cold water onto your eyes. It stimulates the muscles of the eyes, due to the pressure exerted by the water filled in your mouth. 2.Wash your eyes 3.Massage over worked eyes -- Hold your eyebrows between your thumb and index finger, in such a way that the thumb is above the eyebrow and index finger below. Now, gently press and straighten your eyebrows, exerting gentle pressure on all the points. Then, take your thumb and gently roll it around your eye ball, i.e: along your eye socket. Do this exercise every three to four hours to improve the circulation around your eyes. This exercise improves circulation around the eyes helping them bounce back from the fatigue of constantly looking at a computer screen. 4.Exercise to improve eyesight -- This exercise is done to stimulate the muscles around your eye balls (that are present within the eye socket). Rotate your eyeballs, first to the right and left, then upwards and downwards. Do this in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for about three to four repetitions. 5. Give your eyes some much needed rest -- rub the palms of both your hands for 30 seconds – till you feel warm between the two palms – then place them gently over the eyes. Hold this position for about one minute or till the heat decreases. Slowly open your eyes. Beware not to look directly at bright light after this; allow your eyes to gradually acclimatize to the change in the environment. 6. Bat those eyelids -- Blinking is the eyes natural way to renew the moisture in the eyes and give it some much needed relief. To help your eyes relax, make it a habit to blink after every five to six seconds. 7.Sound sleep is very essential -- It not only allows your body to heal and rest, it also gives your eyes much needed relief from bright lights and strain. Sleeping also is a time your body repairs itself, so getting enough time to nap helps the renewal process in the body, especially in the eyes. 8.Diet for healthy, stress free eyes -- Dry fruits and nuts, Carrot and Amla, Copper-rich foods, Vitamin A-rich foods, Non-vegetarian foods. My daughter aged 18 years, was preparing for IIT, due to which she was in undue stress, and irregular periods, ultimately she have pcod now, and her weight reached to 90 kg. How she will be normal as she is doing lot of exercise, yoga, swimming now and taking low calorie foods, and her periods are regular now, kindly let me know if furocyst tablets will work in this case.

Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced diet. Be vegetarian and avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Take lots of water. Reduce your weight and avoid medicines.

Sir, I exercising for an hour, I will take a healthy diet & avoid oily foods as much as possible. But my skin is bit oily and acne is arising in all seasons throughout the year. And when the pimple got cured it results in black spots on my face on forehead & on cheeks. It seems like POX spots. Kindly suggest me some cream or ointment for its cure. At a now I use Acnestar soap & cream.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.
