it is occurring due to weakness of back muscles. So u need both medicine and exercises. Spinal extension exercises that can strengthen your spinal muscles.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi. I had an injury in my knee. After going through MRI test we come to know that my right leg complete ligament (ACL) got teared. Is that fine if i leave it as it is without surgery. As my orthopedic doctor suggest surgery for reconstruction of ligament.

She is most probably having condition named plantar fascitis. Treatment involves footwear with soft soles or silicon soles (can get them at any surgical store) along with combination of diclofenac with seratiopeptidase for 10 days twice daily after food.

Hi Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Actually pain at calf/Leg region can be due to many reasons , commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to Tendons, Nerves, Blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be : - Ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - Take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - Stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - Intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - Slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - We will get some blood tests for you - Serum Vitamin D and serum Potassium levels, ESR and CRP Once you have all these reports then you can contact me as i can advise you for proper supplementation Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Massage you feet finger and fingers joint by any oil, like mustard or coconut. You will get relief. And you can get better result by acupressure.

According to ayurveda you r suffering from sandhi vata. Here I can only advise u. Massage with mahanarayan tail on affected parts followed by light fomentation. Multivitamin and calcium supplements daily.

Sir, go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. dear friend when someone is getting pain during get up from bed or any surfaces after a long rest mean 5-6hours at least. facet joint syndrome is common reason. better do regular movement after getting up.as such no medicine can helps you in long term. just making you foolish. by giving some pain killer. first get done mri LS SPINE to ruled out reason behind u r pain. After that you can discuss with us in detail unwantedly takings any medicines has no use.

My both arms and thumb fingers are always painful. The consulting ortho surgeon told me it is age factor. However he suggested Depomedrol injection to take locally. Please suggest. It might be arthritis. Do you suggest any medicine.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also press your palm with your finger tips in both hands. Consult after 10 days.

There are two reasons for burning sensation in feet. One is zinc defeciency and the other reason is diabetic neuropathy. Please go fbs, ppbs and hba1c and then get back to me. It is treatable don't worry. Take care.

Squatting works your legs and hips, but your lower back and abdominals also are heavily taxed. As your lower back is heavily involved in squatting, your muscles must be strong to support a heavy squat. Strengthen your lower back. Your core supports you when squatting and keeps you from collapsing forward. Weak abdominals can result in more lower back stress as the muscles of your back must work to compensate for this weakness. Do core strengthening exercises. If your hamstrings are lacking flexibility, they will pull your tailbone under you at the bottom of your squat. This causes your lower back to round and places a good deal of stress on your lumbar vertebrae. Try to do hams stretching.
