Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

I am having knee pain from last 3 months. It started out in the left knee only. Now the left knee is okay and my right knee is having the pain. Have done the x-ray and blood test. No major problem seen in them. My doctor said that it might be the onset of arthritis. But I am only 24 years old and arthritis seems hard to believe. I am an active guy and play sports. I do work in corporate office so most of my time is sound in sitting. Does anyone have any opinion about why the pain is there. The pain started 3 months back after playing football. nothing showed up in x-ray mri or blood test. Have problem while sitting cross legged and pain while walking. Also I would like to ask, whether I can continue my gymming or gymming would severe the pain. Thanks in advance.

Show me your blood reports as I want to knows the position of your calcium vit b12 or vit D n its not compulsory that arthritis occurs in later age. The later age arthritis is called osteoarthritis but there r other types of arthritis that is autoimmune related can occur in early age also and there r some arthritis which does not comes positive in any type of blood tests. I Will tell you home remedies for that and you will get completely relief with in one month n do some yoga asans n strengthening n stretching exercises under the guidence of some experienced only otherwise it can further worst your condition for more information take private consultation with me through Lybrate.

Hello sir if your ligaments are damaged you need to build up strength in the knee. This is so that you can avoid iinstability to the knee. Exercise - press your knee while lying down on a towel. Hold for 10 secs. Then release the knee. Exercise - press your heel on a towel. Hold for 10 secs. This will improve your hamstring strength. Exercise - raise your leg in lying position for 10 secs. Hold and then bring it down. Exercise - squeeze a towel between your knees for 10 secs. All these exercises will help you to build up stability of the knee.

If there is no injury then apply hot and cold pack and rest avoid strain long standing and tk calcium supplements.

Yes its sciatica pain. If pain is acute means last 2 days then do hot fermentation and apply pain relief ointment and do stretching exercise like supine lying bend your one knee and do hip flex and hold then do straight leg raise do 3 to 5 time according your comfortable ness if it work then ok otherwise swd tens and ultrasonic therapy rest must equal balance on both legs avoid toward bending.

Having a pain in your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including Other heart problems, such as angina Panic attacks Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders Sore muscles Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest Some of these problems can be serious. Get immediate medical care if you have chest pain that does not go away, crushing pain or pressure in the chest, or chest pain along with nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain. To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT done.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. I need to see some blood tests for you as you seem to be having a generalized type of body pain. Kindly get cbc, esr, crp, serum vitamin d levels, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes done empty stomach and send all reports across to me. Also try avoiding red meat, too much rice in your diet as of now. I will advise medications once I see all the blood test reports. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Never go for spine surgery in haste. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
