Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. If you are interested, please let me know- *since how long you have this problem? * do you have dry or oily skin? *do you have dandruff? * have you history of any serious illness. * do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. * is it hereditary in your family?

I am 27 years old married girl. I have constipation problem. I have so much pimples on my face. I have have hair fall problem also.

Diploma in homeopathy, B. Sc

To ease your constipation and help clear your skin, your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. You will need vitamins, minerals and remedies which I will send on request.

You are still young and can wait. If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of homeopathic sulphur 200, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic selenium 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic natrum mur 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines may need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies after first month in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.

Hi lybrate-user, there are body peels recommended in your case. Or you could do a short course of oral body oil reducing tablets (but this needs to be taken as a proper prescription). You could also scrub your back with sotret soap. Avoid using a moisturiser.

Hello sir I have a dark spot on my face and some pimples what should I do for remove them?
Hello. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Therapeutic Properties of Flax Seeds
Flax seeds or Linseeds have been used in Ayurvedic preparations for ages, because of their therapeutic properties.

Beauty benefits of Flax seeds:

Beautiful skin from the inside out: Flax seeds are a plant-based food composed mainly of omega-3 fatty acids, a nutrient that is known for providing many health benefits.

This nutrient is important for healthy growth, development and functionality of all body cells, and therefore also cells of skin and hair.

Slows down the body’s natural aging: Flax seed is the richest source of lignans in the plant world, which have been shown to slow down the body’s natural aging process both in women and men.

Improved Skin Healing: Flax seed is known to be an anti-inflammatory and aids in wound healing.

Flax oil can improve acne, psoriasis, rosacea and eczema.

Healthier Skin Tone: The essential fatty acids found in flax seeds helps in keeping your skin hydrated and smooth. The moisturizing effect of flax seed can help you avoid a dull-looking skin.

Protects Skin: The National Institute of Health states that by including flax seeds in your diet, you can protect and repair your skin from sun damage caused by ultra-violet rays.

All dairy products (milk, sour cream, cheese, cream, yoghurt, butter, ice cream) Margarine. Egg yolks.FOODS THAT ARE OK Non-iodized salt may be used as desired Egg whites Homemade bread made with non-iodized salt and oil (not soy!) instead of butter or milk or commercially-baked breads which do not contain iodate dough conditioners, dairy, or eggs Fresh fruits and vegetables Frozen vegetables Grain, cereal products and pasta without high iodine ingredients Canned fruit Natural unsalted nuts and nut butters (peanut, almond, etc) Sodas, beer, wine, lemonade, fruit juices Coffee or tea. I have suffered hair fall problem, too much hail is fall at now, please give some suggestions to prevent it.
There are various reasons for hair fall. Few of the reasons are nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, diabetes etc. It is important to understand the cause and then treat it. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent sources of protein. Green leafy vegetables support iron. Drinking 3 lit of water will support minerals. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for treatment.
