Hi, Take Bakson's Fem-Aid/ twice daily in water and Calcarea Fluor. 12x/ thrice daily, take them for 4 weeks. Get back to me for further assistance.

Since last 2-3 days I am having a constant fear of death. The thought revolves around heart attack. Though I did ecg last month which came out fine. Just sinus tachycardia. For sometime I feel fine and again the thought comes and feel anxious. The heart rate is 110 to 115. What could be reason for this. I am very scared.

Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You need to learn meditation and practice two times daily. After regular practice of meditation your inner intelligence will be better and consciousness get awakened as well as your fears go away from anything and thus you feel better result.

You can exercise for healthier gums as well. Gently bite down so as to make sure that your teeth make a clinking sound when they meet. Repeat this 30 to 40 times continuously. This exercise will stimulate the flow of blood and will keep your gums healthy.

Hi, You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Hello, The best way is to stay motivated and do stressfree and sensible eating. Eat homecooked, nutritious meals with minimum usage of salt, sugar,soda. Avoid larger meals at one go. Control your unwanted food cravings but hydrating yourself.

I'm feeling very weak these days, I have no signs of illness but I often feel weak. I feel I have no stamina left in my body. Please Help.
