Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Bathe or shower daily to cleanse the skin around the anus. Decrease straining with bowel movements. Increase fiber in the diet with supplements such as Metamucil, Benefiber, or foods such as prunes. Avoid sitting on the toilet too long.

This is pre menstrual syndrome. This occurs due hormonal fluctuations and changes in neurotransmitters in brain. It is very common. If it doesn't affect your functioning just ignore. If it bothers you try restricting salt, taking calcium supplements and taking adequate rest. If this doesn't work you will have to go to a gynaecologist who will give you diuretics, some hormones to control this.

Hello, before considering a proper diet, it is essential to start appropriate drug treatment particularly for diabetes mellitus and bring blood sugar level under control. Good conrol means having fasting around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7. Along with this diet and exercise are also equally important. A person with diabetes should - avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and high fat milk products. Similarly to control uric acid - avoid fish like sardines, salmon, scallops, trout, herring, mushrooms, mussels, organ meat, meat in general, sweetened aerated drinks, high fat cheese and alcohol. Can take milk products with low fat, skinned chicken green leafy vegetables, fruits etc. To control blood sugar diet should be providing exact calories based on ideal body weight, blood sugar levels and extent of daily exercise. For acidity to be reduced frequent small meals are necessary so in diabetes. Refrain frrom spicy foods and too much of tea and coffee.

Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with REGULAR 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can shed weight and ease the stomach issues. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Eat outside food less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Destressing also helps. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss and gastric issues, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult'
