My penis is small what can I do Some medicine and oil I take but nothing changing in my penis size.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Gurgaon
My penis is small what can I do Some medicine and oil I take but nothing changing in my penis size.
Many Homeopathic Medicines like Damiana, Terbulus Ter, Lycopodium Selenium, Agnus Cast, Nuphur Lut, Salix Nig. etc. have aphrodisiac properties. Homeopathic Medicines are very effective in treating PE and ED. As per the effectiveness in increasing the width of penis, All are helpful indirectly. Because of their aphrodisiac properties they help in increasing the frequency of sexual excitement and stronger erection, In turn more frequent sexual encounters, Damiana Terbulus Ter and Lycopodium and other Medicines also increases the blood flow in the penis blood vessels leading to increase in width of penis. Also there is one more positive factor due to frequent use I.e. Nature's principle of use and no use, in all living beings more they use their parts and organs stronger (Larger) they are. Also we can say - use it or lose it (if we don't make use of any organ for longer duration, it will start shrinking and at last we Will lose it).

Stressed due to various works and could not concentrate on single work. Please advice what should i do?

Stressed due to various works and could not concentrate on single work. Please advice what should i do?
If the work load is causing the stress, learn to manage your work well. You could talk to your supervisor and tell him about the stress and he may suggest some better ways of doing what you are doing. Stress is eventually all about the perception of stress. If you change the outlook, the result will be 350`different. If there is a possibility to delegate some work to someone else, please do so. To feel energized you must eat healthy food involving whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea and a lot of buttermilk every day. You may eat an egg every day too: it is a multivitamin and multi-mineral, all built into one. You must exercise regularly, especially the aerobic kind. Get at least 8 hours of good sleep and the more you sleep before midnight the better. Learn some stress management and meditation. You must identify your feelings and make sure you express all of them, appropriately. Maintain good relations, especially at home. Deep breathing exercises help to calm a person, immediately.

Bhanushreeji, Thanks for the query. Following are the criteria to decide about diabetes : 1)Normal : Fasting blood glucose :70 to 110 mg/100ml, PP<140 mg, HbA1c%<5.9. 2)Pre-diabetic state: FBG108 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg & HbA1c%5.9 to 6.4. 3)Diabetes :FBG:126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above,& HBA1c% 6.5 and above. Hence you are not in a prediabetic state. But it always good to avoid bakery items or other foods made out of maida. Taking healthy diet always pays off. Tea, coffee are fine. Similarly there is no need to avoid rice. What is needed is total moderation in diet. But better to avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, jnuk foods and pastries. Increased intake of green leafy vegetables and fruits is healthy. Plus maintaining normal body weight (about 58 kgs) is necessary to prevent becoming diabetic. A daily exercise of 1 hour should also be very good habit. Thanks.

Colic Pain - How To Treat It

Fellowship in Andrology, DNB-Urology , MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Urologist, Hyderabad
Colic Pain - How To Treat It

The word colic directly refers to the colon. Colic pain is a sharp abdominal pain followed by bouts of crying usually occurring in infants below the age of one year. The pain only last for a short period of time ranging from a few weeks to a couple of months. Very few number of babies will cry endlessly indicating towards an underlying condition.

It is mainly characterized by sharp crying for supposedly no apparent reason, irregular sleep patterns, and restlessness or owing to deviation from normal postures. The apparent causes of colic pain include indigestion and negative reaction of the sensitive gut to the breast or formula milk, although no concrete cause of the state has been discovered.

Doctors often suggest home remedies such as swaddling, pacifiers, holding and comforting the baby and more frequent feedings to reduce the condition. Since it is so common among infants and relatively less harmful, no proper medication is usually given. Physicians suggest mothers to reduce the content of caffeine, alcohol or spice in their diet. Sometimes a warm bath, burping the baby or going on more frequent walks is useful. Background music draws the attention of the baby and hence drives their focus, away from the abdominal pains.

Colic pains are mainly treated by care rather than medicine. The baby is made to feel comfortable and the distress is reduced just by being around the infant. The primary care giver plays an important role in consoling the child and helping them get through the sudden pain which further plays a significant role in personality development. Colic pains are extremely short lived and probably one of the first few challenges of parenthood. They are primarily dealt with care and feeding except in extreme cases where medicinal cures such as lactase drops and simethicone drops are used to treat the abdominal pain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Dear, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with "effective learning" techniques. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Celery, Coconut Oil, Dark Chocolate etc are good for improving concentration. Take care.

Correct brushing technique means placing the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward your gum line and gently moving the bristles back and forth in short strokes. Make sure to brush the outer, inner and biting surfaces of all your teeth. Brush your tongue as well, or use a tongue cleaner to remove the bacteria.

ERECTION PROBLEMS
What Are Erection Problems?

When men become sexually aroused, a number of hormones, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels all work in conjunction with one another to signal an erection. Nerve signals, sent from the brain to the penis, stimulate muscles to relax. This, in turn, allows blood to flow to the tissue in the penis. Once the blood fills the penis and an erection is achieved, the blood vessels to the penis close off so that the erection can be maintained. Following sexual arousal, the veins in the penis again open up allowing the blood to leave.

At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erectile problems occur when you cannot achieve an erection that is firm enough to have sexual intercourse. For most men, this problem occurs occasionally and is not a serious issue. However, if you are unable to achieve an erection 25 percent of the time or more, you may have a health problem that requires medical attention. Erection problems are also known as:

erectile dysfunction (ED)
impotence
sexual dysfunction

What Are the Common Underlying Causes of Erection Problems?

The causes of erection problems can be both physical and psychological. Physical causes of erection problems are more common in older men. They occur because of disorders that can affect the nerves and blood vessels responsible for causing an erection.

Physical causes of erectile problems include:

heart disease
atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
high blood pressure
diabetes
obesity
high cholesterol
Parkinson’s disease
multiple sclerosis
Peyronie’s disease(development of scar tissue in the penis, causing painful erections)
use of certain medications, including diuretics, muscle relaxers, or antidepressants
alcoholism or substance abuse
tobacco use
trauma or injury to the spinal cord or genital region
congenital problems, such as hypospadias or epispadias
circumcision complications
liver or kidney disease
treatment for prostate problems

Psychological causes of erection problems occur in 40 percent of cases and are more common in younger men. Psychological issues can distract a man from becoming aroused and include:

anxiety over not being able to achieve or maintain an erection
prolonged emotional distress related to economic, professional, or social issues
relationship problems
depression

When Should You Call Your Doctor?

If you develop erection problems that get worse over time, you should call your doctor. You should also call your doctor if erectile problems develop or get worse after injury or prostate surgery. If you experience erectile problems along with other symptoms, such as lower back pain or abdominal pain, make a doctor’s appointment.

You should also talk to your doctor if you believe a new medication is causing your erectile problems. Do not stop taking your medication before talking to your doctor.

How Can Erectile Problems Be Treated?

If you experience erectile problems, you may want to try homecare options to reduce your symptoms. Many of the physical causes of erectile problems are related to lifestyle choices.

As such, you may want to consider the following:

cutting down or stopping tobacco use
reducing alcohol consumption
getting plenty of rest
eating a healthy diet
exercising regularly
talking with your partner about sexual issues

If changes in your lifestyle do not reduce your symptoms, you will need to contact your doctor to identify the cause of your erectile problems. Your doctor will examine your penis and rectum as well as your nervous system function. Your doctor will also ask you about current health problems and when your symptoms began.

In an effort to accurately diagnose the cause of your erection problems, your doctor may also order tests, including:

complete blood count (CBC)—a set of blood tests that checks for anemia (low red blood cell count)
hormone profile—measures the levels of sex hormones (testosterone and prolactin)
nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT)—measures erectile functionality while a man is sleeping
duplex ultrasound—high-frequency sound waves are used to take pictures of the body’s tissues
urinalysis—analyzes urine to measure protein and testosterone levels

Once your doctor determines the cause of your erection problem, he or she will provide appropriate treatment. Treatment options may include addressing the underlying health problem and providing intervention to reduce erection problems.

Options for treating erection problems may include:

medications injected into the penis, including prostaglandin E1 (alprostadil) and papaverine
medication (alprostadil (MUSE)) injected into the urethra
erectile dysfunction medications taken by mouth, such as Viagra
surgery
vacuum devices

What Are the Complications of Erection Problems?

The complications associated with erection problems are significant and can impact your quality of life. If you experience erection problems, you may also experience:

stress or anxiety
embarrassment
low self-esteem
relationship problems
dissatisfaction with your sex life

How Can You Prevent Erection Problems?

To prevent erection problems, you should engage in healthy lifestyle behaviors, such as eating a healthy diet, maintaining a healthy weight, and exercising regularly. If you have chronic health conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, you should also work with your doctor to manage your symptoms. If you experience mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression, you should also seek treatment.
