Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Dear doctor I have no confidence to go in front of people due to my small breasts, Pls help me with some medicines to increase my breast.

M.B.S.(HOMEO), MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Visakhapatnam
A lot of women are self-conscious about their small boobs, when they don’t need to be at all and that is due, in no small measure, to all the references to men liking big boobs that you see, hear and read. The reality is very different though, and if you were to ask a man in private, well away from his friends, you’d find that big breasts are not high up on his list of what makes a woman attractive. There are lots of reasons for you to be proud of your small breasts and there are a lot of practical advantages to small breasts too. So, stop envying the big busted girls that you see, because everyone is beautiful in their own way, and read these ten tips that will help you to feel more confident about your small breasts. They give you better posture Think about it. If you have large breasts, then you are carrying around ten or twenty pounds of extra weight on your chest. That’s going to weigh you down, give you backaches and make it hard to maintain a good posture. As well as making it harder to stand up straight, all that weight can also cause neck ache, and the strain on your neck can cause headaches as well. You can always make your breasts look a little bigger, if you want to If you have small breasts and you want them to look a little bigger, you can always give them a boost with many different tricks, and particularly by wearing a maximizer, push-up bra, also by crossing your bra straps, or by simply improving your posture. No one really notices, apart from you Nobody really cares that you have small boobs, so there are far more important things that you could be worrying about. Your boobs are beautiful, whatever their size, and no one’s out there with a tape measure or going to check your bra size before they ask you out on a date. Small boobs make you look younger Large breasts will sag earlier and your small breasts will stay firm for longer, so you will have the last laugh, when you still have the figure of a teenager on later years. Those small breasts that you hate so much today will become your best buddies in a few years’ time, when you look a good five years younger than all your friends. You can wear anything You can look great in anything and dressing for summer is a lot easier too. Any style of bikini will look great, you can go strapless without any problems and you can go braless without feeling uncomfortable. You can even run for the bus when you are late to work and not worry what you look like. What’s not to love about your small breasts? You are not alone Don’t go thinking that all the celebrity women have large breasts either. You only need to take a closer look at Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Kate Moss or Audrey Hepburn to see that many of the famous women around the world, who are considered to be babes, are on the petite size in the breast department too. Stay happy!

My lips are black from the childhood. Please tell me if there is any way to reduce the darkness.
As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. - Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective. Management: Keep yourself hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid anger/ anxiety. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of touching, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc. Use Bakson's lip balm on lips to supple them.

Hello 1.Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply the gel on your face using a cotton ball. Allow it to dry on its own for about half an hour, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy daily or several times per week. 2.balanced diet full of mineral- and nutrient-rich foods is a good idea to keep your skin and body healthy. In particular, try to incorporate foods high in antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E) because these promote healthy and fresh skin and prevent skin damage. Anti-oxidant-rich foods include carrots, butternut squash, mangoes, leafy greens, citrus fruits, nuts, seeds. 2. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Water helps to detoxify the body and shed dead skin cells. Staying hydrated is a simple, healthy, and natural way to detox your body and may even alleviate future acne and scarring. Hi. M, 24 years old. Now m going to married so how can I make my face fair n glowing. Please give me home made items....
Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, glowing. Fair and blemish-free.------------------- eat your five-a-day--------------------- fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone.---------------- vitamin c------------------ vitamin c is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin.-------------------- cut out crash diets---------------- repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin.------------------ stock up on selenium------------------- selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins e and c and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount. Mix brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin e as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli.---------------- vitamin e-------------------- vitamin e protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin e include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils.-------- drink up-------------- skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin.------------ don't be afraid of fat--------------- monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats - the types found in avocados, fish, nuts and seeds - provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturiser for your skin, keeping it supple. These fats also come packaged with a healthy dose of vitamin e (a vitamin many of us lack), which will help protect against free radical damage.--------------------- eat more phyto-estrogens----------------- phyto-estrogens are natural chemicals found in plant foods (phyto meaning plant). They have a similar structure to the female sex hormone oestrogen and have been found to help keep our natural hormones in balance. There are different types, some are found in soya bean products (isoflavones), whereas others are found in the fibre of wholegrains, fruit, vegetables and flax seeds (lignans). Include phyto-estrogen rich soya, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet.--------------------- opt for omega-3------------- make sure you get enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats. These are essential fatty acids which mean they cannot be made in the body and must be obtained through the diet. You will find omega-3s in oily fish and plant sources such as flaxseed oil, linseeds, walnut and rapeseed oil. Omega-3 fats encourage the body to produce anti-inflammatory compounds, which can help skin, particularly inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psorasis.----------------- go for low-gi carbs--------------- eat plenty of beans, pulses, porridge and other slow-releasing carbohydrates. These release sugar into the blood stream gradually, providing you with a steady supply of energy and leaving you feeling satisfied for longer and therefore less likely to snack. Avoid high gi carbohydrates like biscuits and sugary drinks, as they lead to production of insulin, which may damage collagen and accelerate wrinkles.---------------------- don't forget zinc------------------------ zinc is involved in the normal functioning of the sebaceous glands in the skin (which produce oil) and helps to repair skin damage and keep skin soft and supple. Zinc-rich foods include fish, lean red meat, wholegrains, poultry, nuts, seeds and shellfish.---------------- myself is a homoeopath and for better results I can guide you with some very effective homoeopathic complexion drops, creams and face wash which will definitely add to your steps towards becoming fair-----------consult me if you are willing to follow my advise.
