Vitamin D deficiency leads to deficiency in Calcium. Both are interconnected. You can get Vit D from 30 mins of sunlight daily. Depending on your current levels you may need to take some supplements also for which please contact a doctor. You need to also increase calcium intake through more dairy products. This is the only reason and cure for this problem. There is no other reason that you are fearing. Consult a doctor + improve your diet + supplements + 30 mins sunlight, you will be fine.

You have masturbation problem. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Follow this and give feedback.

It seems to be a case of erectile dysfunction- which is a disease that should be treated properly. All you need is to consult doctor in person to find out the exact cause of low stamina, so that you can be given treatment. If the cause is not treated, no treatment will help.
